No parece un apartamento, sino habitación y cocina incompleta. La ubicación no me gusto. La cama si es cómoda. La cocina no tiene nada, sin hervidor, ni palo de cocina. El plato de ducha no es antideslizante e insegura. Bolsitas de gel que abren mal. Mejor surtidores de gel. Luz artificial pobre para el baño y la habitación también. Me decepcionó un poco el conjunto.

L'emplacement est parfait. Les chambres côté cour sont très calmes. La surface de l'appartement est appréciable. C'est bien entretenu. La literie est de qualité sauf pour le canapé lit.

Le manque d'équipements dans la cuisine. Il n'y a plus ni cafetière ni lave vaisselle. Les produits de toilette sont de moins bonne qualité. C'est la 3e fois qu'on prend un appartement depuis 2020, cette fois c'est moins bien dans les équipements.

Las puertas del armario estaban rotas con las guías tiradas en el suelo, con la posibilidad de que nos cayeran encima (tuvimos que moverlas nosotros) también faltaba el nórdico para el sofa-cama, lo pedimos y entró una chica en la habitación, nos dijo que no había mantas para todas las habitaciones y subió la calefacción a 27 grados, le comentamos lo del armario y nos dijo textualmente: “ya lo se, esto lo haceis vosotros los huéspedes, si no os gusta os marchais a otro sitio”. Tras estas palabras le pedí el nombre, se negó a darlo, dijo que en ese momento ella no estaba trabajando, dió la vuelta y salió a toda prisa de la habitación. Tengo que decir que con las chicas de la recepción no tuvimos ningún problema, la que nos habló con tan malas maneras no la vimos más. Hemos estado en estos apartamentos en cuatro ocasiones ya, nos desplazamos a menudo a Madrid y nos encantaba alojarnos aquí pero esta era la primera vez desde que cambiaron de dueños y lamentamos que haya cambiado para mal: aparte de todo lo comentado, faltaba de todo en la cocina, incluso no había ni escoba (ya no hay servicio de limpieza diario, si se desea tiene coste adicional)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great. They helped us make last minute reservations to a great flamenco show, walking distance.

The sofa bed wasn’t too comfortable and we had to let them know it needed clean sheets. But staff made it better.

wifi doesn't work in the rooms, had to go to the living room to get wifi. for some reason they are cleaning the room daily but not the kitchen.... not sure why if you already clean the apartment i need to wash the dishes. Bath rooms and rest rooms are just ok or less.... not the finest and got a bad smell

The beds were so cozy. Good nights rest after long days. Very clean place. Super close to everything. The front desk hosts Daniela and Bercman went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. thank you

The location is very central and all of the attractions are close bye, the taxi rides to most of other not walking distance attractions weren't expensive. Nice and helpful girls at the check in desk, very useful leaving our stuff before check in time as well as checking out. Comfortable bed and nice apartment all in all for our family of three.

not related to L H apartment but be careful with bakery next bey. Very attractive looking but it was very disappointing with pastries .

Upgraded to larger room. Kitchen and living room space within room. Comfort of bed. Location.

Bathroom was very small, it was hard to get to the toilet while shutting the door. Left items in room were so difficult to get back (no parcel/shipping service offered) that we did not try to arrange to receive them.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean the location was perfect.
