Bad breakfast and same everyday. They charge $1 for a small water, same street has $0.60 a litre. Great location.

This was place was the perfect spot for our stay in Cuenca. The room was nice and spacious, bed was really comfy, amazing shower. Wifi could be spotty but otherwise pretty consistent. Staff were all really great and the breakfasts were good (eggs, ham, cheese, bread, coffee, juice and some fruit). They also do lunches in the restaurant which I would highly recommend trying (great value, really filling, and really tasty). We had an early flight out and staff arranged a taxi for us. Really quiet location but also so close to the main square; great for a good night's sleep. Really charming place overall.

Great location. Walking distance to everything. Easy cab/uber ride from airport. Strong wifi. Cute atmosphere. Decent breakfast included. Comfortable beds. Soft sheets. Hot water. Helpful and friendly staff. Free safe luggage storage. Would recommend.

All rooms open to inner courtyard, which I think adds to the historical charm.If you are a light sleeper you might wake up to people talking at breakfast as sound travels in the large space. I would still recommend.

Location is perfect, close to lots of beautiful churches, museums and parks. The bed, shower, lots of towels, everything was comfortable. Rooms serviced every day. William on Reception was very helpful. Great value including basic breakfast. In Cuenca you can safely drink water from the tap.

Surprised there was no flexibility over breakfast drinks, there was no milk for tea. The bedroom window faces into the courtyard and people pass it regularly. It just needs some frosting for privacy.

Rooms could be in a better shape. Old doors which aren't really closing in a good way! Quality of coffee wasn't good. The coffee machine is high quality, but the coffee is prepared with simple Nescafe. Not our taste!

Friendly, central, quite and clean, can recommend Quite is relative, due to the lovely courtyard, you don't here the street, you do hear however other guests e.g. having breakfast, especially since many rooms are on the ground floor right next to all the tables

Breakfast is a bit disappointing, the same bun, eggs and tiny, tiny, tiny fruit salad every day. Coffee comes from a instant Nespresso machine.

In the city centre, next to parque Calderon and a tram line to the bus terminal. The decor in the lobby and restaurant are nice.

Room was on ground level, with the only window directly on the restaurant. No privacy if you don't close the blind. Also, noisy in the morning. The shower wasn't draining properly and still had some soap and water in the evening after a morning shower. They sent me a post check out message while I was still in bed, the first morning of my 2 nights stay. Didn't feel welcome. Half of the plugs weren't working, mainly those by the bed. Same for the light switch.

The cleanliness of the room is deficient, the doors do not close well and the curtain allows us to see the interior of the room. they changed my room because in the first room there was a very strong smell of gasoline.

Nice hotel right in the centre of Cuenca! Nice facilities and spacious room. We were able to leave our bags in the storage room for the day after we checked out!
