Everything was Excellent I had a blast while in the hotel, the Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Aziz at the Reception

Not much vegetarian dishes in the restaurant to choose for dinner and lunch in their terrace restaurant.

Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur surtt que ailleurs on trouve bcp mieux et moins cher Le dernier jour on m’a accusé d’avoir consommé d'un mini bar un redbull pour alors sue je l’ai pas fait, ils ont pas bien vérifié et c’était une situation embarrassante. J’étais aussi au premier étage et j’entendais le bruit du loung et aussi l’odeur du tabac montait. L’hôtel est difficilement accessible de bishiktash.

Good location, around 10 minutes walks to Taqsim Squ., room size is good, breakfast is good and views from the restaurant is wonderful.

Reception service is between great to just OK.

Das einzige was schade ist das die Dachterasse nicht auf den Bosporus zeigt, aber das Restaurant auf der gleichen Ebene bietet auch einen super Blick

Very clean and comfortable hotel, in a perfect location, away from the crazy crowded centers, but at the same time easily accessible. The breakfast hall has a perfect view, the rooms are nice, spacious and very comfortable. The personnel were very nice, helpful, and professional.

It was so nice arriving after a long haul flight to walk in to such lovely people. It is in a really cool area away from the touristy old town.

Room were small had put extra bed which made it congested where we had booked for 5 adults in room but room good for only two person each

The breakfast is poor and the rooftop busphor view is not like what is shown in the photos it was way worst. Also, they have the poorest cooling system I have ever tried in my life. The air conditioner was a piece of trash it was freaking hot inside my room even though I changed my room but I figured out it was the poor cooling system in the hotel.

Room was spacious, and service was always supportive since the beginning of check in. The staff was helpful for getting us around, informative on tourism around, and supported us on transport back to the airport.

As the hotel is placed on a slightly hilly area, there is about 7-8 mins walk to the Taksim square. Its not that bad, but could be uneasy for some. Bus service around the hotel was poor. We enjoyed walking as the weather suited for it.

Waiters in the restaurant at dinner - some so not speak English, do not refill water, take away plates with what I still need etc (although during breakfast service was very good!!)

After a long day you come back to sleep but the music is load till after mid night We booked city view room and then we open the curtains to see the neighbors on the balcony and big wall nothing related to the city
