Amazing location just a few steps from the emerald sea . Very close to the harbour with beautiful yachts moored . Three bedrooms are very confortable (one of which for children that loved it very much). Powerful high speed wifi with big TV screen equipped with NetFlix programs. Matteo arranged for a us a wine tour at The Surrau Wine Estate and a sailing boat tour at La Maddalena where we even saw a flock of dolphins jumping out of the blue sea. Plenty of excellent restaurants nearby at walking distance.

There is no comparison, we chose to spend part of our Italian vacations under the true term " la dolce vita!" this house is a paradise and the first breathtaking shot is as soon as you enter the living room, the sea is practically on you!!! everything was perfect even with Matteo our contact person who assisted us for the whole organization since our departure from NewYork. Too bad though that in this period most of the restaurants are closed, Matteo suggested us cmq some excellent addresses and a really spectacular winery where we had an excellent wine-tour!!! the beauty of being able to have an all-Italian aperitivo in the evening, before the sunset in front of the sea and its waves with an excellent wine is priceless!!! All in all, this period was really unique and very sunny! Good comfort, where each room is large and well furnished, good the mattress and the pillows are high enough ( but that's just my pardonable consideration ) in the closet we found 2 more different ones for density, the bathrooms seemed bright and very comfortable the showers really great!!! House on the sea was a great experience. Very well furnished, powerful wi-fi, amazing view from the garden just a few steps from a breathtaking emerald sea water. Very friendly and helpful host that organized a fantastic wine tour. The weather in december is really mild (20 degrees) and we had long jogging on the white beaches around. Higly suggested to relax.

With no doubts the best vacation ever. We had been impressed by the buty of this location, completed restored and very well decorated and furnished with all what you need. The sea was just a few steps away (would say 5 meters ) from the house and we loved to go swimming every morning just after waken up. What a dream. Large confortable beds, well equipped kitchen, big bathrooms, big TV screen with high speed WIFI that allowed us to see all NETFLIX programs and films, powerfull AC system. Very closed to to the center of Porto Rotondo with many excellents superb restaurants bars and shops. The host Matteo very friendly and always ready to give us the best advices where to go (beaches, restaurants, boat tour and wine tour). Matteo also provied us with a private place to park our car . Best place to relax in Porto Rotondo. We will come back for sure.

What a wonderful vacation in this quite brand new restored location just few meters from the blue sardinian emerald water. Amazing to walk a few steps from the house (from the bedroom) and swim in the emerald clear water. The furniture brand new with powerful WI-FI, efficient air conditioning, big kitchen and an excellent TV with home theater capabilities. From being seated in the cheslong in the garden we could admire huge luxury yachts mooring just in front of us. The host very friendly and gave us suggestions about the best restaurants in Porto Rotondo and best pristine beaches. At walk distances, shops, bars, theater, restaurants (you do not need the car ). Highly recommended for people who wants to relax pieds dan l eau. A presto

Fantastic Views. We very much enjoyed our stay at the House on the Sea Porto Rotondo! The host was very friendly and helpful. Of course the highlight of the house are the incredible views with direct access to the sea, which we were able to enjoy with family & dog!

What a dream was our staying at this magic location. Great breathtaking view on the sea . Cozy, well decorated rooms with attention to details . The weather was great: sunny warm days and white beaches with very few people . The clean emerald sea water temperature very pleasant . Matteo - the host - very professional and always present with suggestions and arranged for us a boat tour to Maddalena island. Restaurants open with excellent Italian food ( our very best that we recommend is Tartarughino with delicious seafood pasta ) . Pity we had to leave !! Plan next year to return. Luise Bolton

Overall this is a lovely house in a great location with the most amazing views from the garden and veranda and an easy stroll into the marina, restaurant area and supermarket. Matteo was very friendly, provided us with assistance and advice, helped us orient ourselves in Porto Rotondo and was available for any questions if needed. A great host, nothing too much trouble. The kitchen is well equipped. Very comfortable master and 2nd bedroom and the ensuite.

We liked everything but worth noting the third bedroom is fine but smaller and would possibly be more comfortable for children.
