Location very good - near to facolities

The bath was in poor condition with an old and stained shower curtain

Room good sixe - pool area very good - gardens very attractive

I did not like the dog poo around the gardens - even though there were poo bins provided people didnot pick up and dispose of it - not nice to see

I liked that it was situated in the center of porto rotondo and had beaches nearby

the apartments did not even have air conditioning, very poor in terms of equipment, even kitchen was not great. the balcony was very small especially for group like us of 4-5 people. the stuff was very rude to us on our last day and on our first day they were VERY SLOW with the check in procedures. there was not even enough dish wash, we had to buy our own after few days of stay in the supermarket of the residence that was very expensive. the bed with the blankets were SO WARM, and not having air conditioner made our stay uncomfortable. a lot of things were very very old and not efficient

-the property and view from the terrace are wow -excelent location (close to Ira Beach, piazzetta, restaurants, supermercato) -recycling bins (they give you an access card to a private trash place) -lots of fresh towels and bedsheets -mattress was unexpectedly comfortable (even though it was a sleeper sofa) -it was helpful having a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, fridge&freezer, stove, hood, drinking glasses, -lots of kitchen accesories (scissors, knife, bottle openers, cutlery, dishes, bowls, tea pot, pan, pot, other utensils) -they had dish detergent, soaps, garbage bags, kitchen towels, cloths, brooms -quiet (lots of doves singing) -they helped me check out the evening before departure -the cleaning ladies were helpful with information about check in when we arrived -bialetti stovetop espresso maker

-the floors could have been cleaner (a mop could have been useful) -the shower head is fixed on the wall -bathroom air vent is not efficient -i did not know about type L sockets, but you can buy an adapter from the Supermercato Nonna Issa -they have a ceiling fan and sometimes tou can feel hot (but after a shower it's ok) -there were energy saving lightbulbs in the bathroom, which means the light was very dim for a few minutes when switched on -you can check in only within certain hours (and the baggage room is open for anyone to enter)

Location Cafe and supermarket really good and helpful

Receptionist not helpful at all. Very poor attitude. Poor that the double bed stated was a double sofa bed. Not appropriate for a weeks stay. Rooms very small Pool wasnt open at times specified and only had deck chair style seats and not sun beds. Accommodation did not have hairdryer and shampoo as stated
