Exceptional view of Heidelberg bridge. Room has great design. Spacious and super comfortable. View from living room is unbeatable.
It's not easy to contact host through mail. The stair is quite steep and small with no elevator (Europe standard).

We arrived in dark so tooke us some time to find the property. it's literally located next to Cocodec. The view from window was amazing, the apartment was cozy with evrything we need. Just that the building has no lift, staicase abit narrow for big suitcase, be mentally prepared to carry big suitcase to 3rd or 4th floor.

the location is great
we are a group of 4 adults and 4 kids, but made a mistake when booking the reservation. At checkin, we realized the mistakes and the hotel prepared 6 sets of bedding for us. we communicated the mistake to the hotel and explained that we would need two more sets of bedding and are willing to pay for the extra. As there is no front desk, the hotel said they will ask the cleaning staff to bring the beddings. however, no body ever came and there was no answer from the hotel ever again when we asked again at night when they could deliver the extra bedding.

Beautiful design, everything works flawlessly, good water pressure, comfortable beds, central location, everything you need after a long walk...
During the check-in, the Internet failed and we could not read the message about the code and the rules of the check-in, it took a long time for the staff to tell the code by phone ...

This property is in a perfect location, easy walking distance to all the cafes, and overlooks the river. It was easy to find and the contactless check in was hassle free. We enjoyed the air conditioning on a hot summers day.
It is a small apartment with little space but not an issue as the location is perfect and easy to get out and explore everything!

location is amazing and nice view. It was very clean and the decorations had nice style. We were able to check in earlier.
We didn’t have internet the first day, there is not enough space for 3 people to sit down and eat, even though the apartment is for 4. Not enough basics in the apartment (kitchen towel, garbage bags, cutlery)

The bed was very good.
No proper lighting in the bathroom. The mirror was not on the sinkside witch was a bit annoying to do your make up or something.

The location and the view.
There was no shampoo or body wash in the shower. We had to run out last minute and buy it. This was the 5th place we stayed in Germany/Poland, some were hotels, apartments, and guest houses, and all but this one provided shampoo and body wash/soap.

Bed was very comfortable.
It was dirty, the floor had sticky stains all over it.
their is black mold in the shower.
Sealant in bathroom and shower was loose everywhere and dirty.
light switches in kitchen where sticky.
all doors did not close well. Whole apartment need some maintenance.

The location of the suites was perfect from the city center. 3 minutes walk to all the restaurants and cafes. View of the bridge and river right from the living room window. Room was quite at night even being right in the city center.

This is our second time staying in this wonderful apartment and we will be back! Unbelievable views and fantastic location - surrounded by wonderful restaurants, shops, bakeries. Stylishly done and with everything we needed for our week-long stay with a child.

A wonderful apartment, in a great location. The living room is a nice size, with comfortable furnishings and a nice tv with ample channels. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, and good selection of dishes and utensils. The bedroom is large, and the bed was very comfortable. This apartment was terriffic, and met our needs.
There was only one luggage rack. A second would be nice for a couple with 2 suitcases.
