The room was very large, nice view to the sea as in the pictures and a nice view to the beach (Kadinlar Denizi). Convenient location also.

The place is very much under maintained, the photos are from the times when the facility / hotel was opened. Currently everything in the rooms is dirty. Sofas - curtains - windows all very dirty. You think twice before deciding to sit on the sofa. Windows not cleaned for a few years I guess. Kitchen equipment is not complete, very basic. We asked for extra kitchen equipment to be able to cook something and even that was not enough, we bought our own stuff in the end. Also at the end of the day bad smell from the sea, probably discharging the sewage just in front of the hotel to the sea !!! No washing machine and dishwasher in the rooms...

Huge rooms

Paid for a Junior suite with sea, including breakfast. The balcony (accessed from the bedroom) was long and narrow overlooking the service road at the back of the hotel. The view was of a wall. The 'sea view' was to the side if you were stood up. The breakfast was a continental breakfast with very limited choice. We booked for 7 nights but checked into another hotel on the 2nd day. When I checked out on day 5, the receptionist commented we had 3 days left. I told her we hadn't been staying there because the room was unacceptable, she replied 'ok'. The hotel very quiet with not many guests. I never asked for a change of room as I thought it was insulting to give us the worst junior suite when others were empty and my partner didn't want to cause a fuss. The room next to ours with a proper sea view, and 2 balconys was empty as the door was ajar every time we visited.

Staff are so nice and attentive.. location was brilliant and rooms are the nicest iv stayed in 10/10

The accommodation was lovely. Spacious with good facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was amazing. Right on the beach with a lovely sea view. The area had lots of bars and excellent restaurants.

The location and and the size of the suite was great.

The place was not clean. There was a sewage smell in the suite. One of the showers was not working. The toilet bidet was leaking, and we asked for fresh towels which we never received.

when you go down from the hotel to the beach, you will immediately be asked to leave because the beach belongs to someone else who get entrance money for that beach, this is very strange and antisocial. I only wanted to put my towel somewhere and go into the watesr, but I was not allowed too until I payed the money he wanted from me for this. what the hell is going on with those people, are they starving and want take each cent they could… unsocial!

Stinky (not healthy!?) smell coming from flooded dirty - 1 level inside hotel building, this we will claim to turkish health ministry! noisy bar till midnight, weakest 1mb/ min internet, touch points at room not cleaned, unmotivated sleepy reception

The only nice thing about this property was the view, other than that everything was terrible

We arrived later than check in time and the penthouse wasn’t even ready. The entire place was breaking down, the doorknob fell off right when we entered. The bed sheets were dirty and covered in stains. We asked for new clean sheets and extra slippers since they only provided 2 (we were a group of 4), they denied us right away. No explanation, just a NO right away! The wifi barely even worked in the lobby, we had asked 4 times a day to have it fixed in our penthouse, they kept brushing us off. The entire place was breaking down. They couldn’t provide the bare minimum. Extremely disappointed and never coming back to this hotel/residence ever again.

Service is bad, no tea or coffee in the Room. On call service is very bad, no one understands English except one person. Information on booking.com is incorrect regarding facilities

Room was huge and quiet, bedroom and bathroom. New modern design, clean, good air-conditioner. Very good value for money. Right next to the beach and cafees. Big private underground parking with the elevator.

The charged the payment from the card attached to the booking without saying so or offering other options. Our room had a view on the busy road.

There was a woman at the front desk who was kind enough to allow me to use her phone. The room was spacious and gave a view to the water (although the view was not the prettiest from the balcony - it was obstructed by another building that didn't look very appealing). There was a really nice cafe just outside the hotel that I wish we had frequented more - definitely a go-to spot for breakfast.

It was a challenge to communicate with the staff in English. I think if the language barrier wasn't present that the stay would've been more enjoyable. We also picked this hotel to be close to the beach, but were disappointed when kadinlar beach wasn't very clean / enjoyable.

We didn't like the cleanless in the hotel, because of the bed sheet we changed room twice. Maybe it because of pandemic, two season hotel business was not in good position. Maybe in this season will be better

The location is great at the beach. Stadnard Room is spacious and clean. Super market is in the same building, the bus station is accros the street. Parking is free.

Cleaning was at 3pm which is very strange, we were in room at that time. The Wi-fi signal in the room was very poor, almost no internet.

Very nice and clean new furniture, king size bad very comfortable and amazing sea view from living area and bedroom, beach is 2 minutes away from your flat !
