This is a family business, everything is very cozy and thought out. delicious and varied breakfast. great view from the room, very cozy and beautiful common area and breakfast area. From Saturday to Sunday, a barbecue was organized with fish and meat to choose from. prepared by the owner's son.

beautiful setting, and lovely gardens. it was a great walking location into town.

The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They cooked us authentic food and they booked us a private tour. They were very kind and helpful.

The only thing was the bedding was sparse. But we did not ask for extra blankets either. I'm sure they would have provided than is we had .

close to the center

not a good breakfast: there was nothing hot, dirty plates at breakfast, the service did not respond to our comments. They didn't care about the customer. Not nice service. We asked for water for breakfast and we heard a high price. Very small parking lot, and you have to leave your car key. Uninteresting neighborhood, burnt buildings. The room looks worse than in the pictures.

It was my second time here and I enjoyed a lot. I can recommend it.

Clean and big room with modern furniture+bathroom, beautiful relaxing garden, lovely pool, very friendly and helpful staff, great location in the center, close to the ferry. I really enjoyed the comfy bed, no back ache this time! A good Turkish breakfast included. Absolutely great value for money!!!

Walking steep uphill was a bit of challenge for very senior citizens. Also, property staff need to be more responsive to messages sent to them prior to arrival.

Nice pool and garden area. Easy walk to restaurants and shops.

Value for money - breakfast was good, pool was clean. Activities could be easily booked through reception.

Room was out dated and smelt of smoke.

Location was nice, short walk from the most touristic street and after few minutes you can take the dolmus to the beaches. The street is steppy with old buildings - maybe not suitable for big bags or strollers. It is close to handy markets. Hotel owner was very friendly, chatted a lot with us and helped us when we needed directions or call a taxi. Breakfast was basic, but quite ok for the value of money. Our room had a balcony over pool, it was still calm during day, and had AC in the room.

Room was generally clean, no complaints about towels or bedsheets but bathroom was not very fresh. Room had distinct mould smell maybe someone sensitive would worry. We used our own internet because the wifi was weak. But i still think the hotel gives the value for it is price class.

The service, the pool, the room, the garden, the breakfast, the location, the people, all was nice and clean. When asked the family do anything to accommodate.

we checked out one night in advance. there is nothing “boutique” like here. very old and basic accommodation. some broken things here and there. price / quality ratio is a joke.

Authentic hotel located in the center of Kusadasi, where the personnel is rather nice and welcoming. Beautiful garden where you can have breakfast and sometimes dinner (if you can try their barbecue it’s excellent !). Very nice pool also !

The economic room are very rudimentary, with old furniture and sheets. The shower was not in good shape, difficult to use sometimes and the sheets had holes in them, which even for the price we paid is not what we were expecting. The hotel is also very noisy at night and there is no cleaning done during the stay (we were staying for 3 nights).

Overall for budget hotel is reasonable I’d recommend this hotel. It is located in centre of Kusadasi which makes it easy to get around the town. Staff is very helpful and the hotel is clean. It is typical boutique hotel. It feels quite safe.

We did not have kettle and tea/ coffee in our room. You need to buy that from hotel. But the owner of the hotel offered us free tea which was nice.

This is a great little hotel run by a family. They're very welcoming and make an excellent buffet breakfast. The swimming is so clean as are the other public areas. It's really close to the main part of town with loads of restaurants nearby.

I was in 3 days and the room was not cleaned even just a quick floor sweep would have been good.

Steep bank to entrance. Would not stop me booking again.
