Short walk to all the sites. Everything we needed for a city break

Nice building , have all the appliances , have a nice small garden area.
Ground floor. Sofa bed broken , hard to sleep on it ,better replace it. Need to go completly out of the building for smoking, it is not allowed to smoke in the garden open space. Staff unproffessional.The appartment is small and not very ventilated.

Great localisation, close to city center, lots of restaurants nearby. Clean room. We had a great time!
Bed was a bit too soft for us. There was no clean dishwashing sponge.

One of our two units was next to a busy street. Since the air conditioning didn't work, we had to leave the windows open for ventilation which let in the street noise. One of our units lost electricity for an entire day. The hair dryer didn't work. The toilet flushing mechanism was broken. The tub had mold inside and along the floor. The bathroom sink did not drain. We could not reach the property manager to discuss these issues. I had to replace the batteries in the TV remote control. The hand rail leading from the front door to the living room was unsafe and broken.

Location is very good. The garden inside the hotel is very beautiful and quiet. The kitchen inside the room with all equipment. Really comfortable mattress on the bеd.
Too much mold in the shower. Huge display windows on the first floor do not allow you to move the curtains.

The stay was overall a pleasant one, just like usual. This was our 6th stay in these comfortable apartments which are clean, well kept and in a nice, quite building. Small, well stocked supermarket literally across the road. Very good bus connections. Allowed in flat upon arrival, even though before official check-in time. Easy to communicate with staff via phone or WhatsApp.
Unfortunately when we arrived we were shown into a different apartment from the one booked but this was sorted out within ten minutes. On two days in the weekend when the average temperature in Rome was 9 C there was no hot water available in all the apartment. This was due to a failure in the whole block not just the apartment. Remedied on the following Monday. Overall a good experience.

the property manager was unavailable, the contact number given for support was switched off during the entire stay, I tried to call and text as I need it assistance but no answer.
on my last day I managed to see the administrator on the stairs who provided support but it was too late. He was kind and polite
the bed was extremely uncomfortable, iron bed mattress slightly smaller then the bed therefore in and out of bed is easy to bang your legs if no careful.
there were no breakfast bowls available
the bathroom required some refurbishment

Location was good.
Needed to change the dates I was in Rome, sent the property messages well in advance and didn't get a reply, called and was told that they would look into it, which they still haven't. Had to make a complaint to booking to try and get my money back. Also, the apartment smelled faintly of mildew.

Loved the location and the ambience of the place. It was our second time at 152 Green Luxury Appartments! The first time we had the studio and this time the one bedroom appartment. Would definatelly choose to stay there again. Very spacious flat, hardwood floors and with all the amenities (walk in wardrobe, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer)
Street facing room on ground level, which is not my personal favorite. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and I wasnt in love with the toilet flash.

It was close to the colosseum and local shops and restaurants. Very convenient from the train station. The location was perfect and the apartment was spacious and beautiful
The iron was not working during our stay.

seemed a little far out but that was down to myself not checking properly. Hired electric street scooters to get around was amazing

Very nice apartment close to metro and city sites. Lovely complex nice and quiet. Fully air conditioned and free Wi-Fi. Lots of appliances (fridge, freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, cooker and oven). All very well looked after. Well serviced appartment.

On entrance into the courtyard we were met by a lovely garden with modern apartments facing the courtyard. The apartment had everything we required with our host showing us around

Bad property , no network inthe rooms and no wifi in the property, if you want to live in isolation then book this apartment.

Host did not speak english and looked irritated that we delay, although we had a train failure and we did inform him on time. The host sneaked in our rooms without our consent and locked the balcony door. When i contacted him via Booking messages, he was not responsive and he only replied 2 times with 1-2 words. I asked for help with Taxi booking via messages an d he totally ignored me. We are irritated that he senaked in our room without our consent.

The apartments were great. The building is fantastic. Very quite for being in the very center of Roma. Located in the very trendy Monti district, the apartments are a short walk to the Colosseum, Forum and the Trevi fountain. It is also close to Stazione Termini.

The location is perfect and the apartment is equipped with everything and even more. It's ideal both for long stays and short one
It was street level, but it's very well insulated so there's no noise, but you can open the.curtains and windows
