Noisy hostel style room in echoey building

Location of thw camping is simply great. Just next door to Glacier museum and main road. The 2 bedroom house can accommodate 8 members. Good size beds, kitchen was adequate with some utensils. Very close to 2 Glacier view points.

Beds were not very comfortable. Cleaning charges are expensive.

We rented a cabin for one night on our roadtrip in Norway. Beautiful surroundings. Each cabin has mountainviews- lakeviews. 5 minute drive to the gletsjer. It was a perfect stop and the family was really friendly!! Highly recommended.

The newer room in the hostel wing was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the location (near the Boyum glacier and on our route to Flåm) was excellent.

The apartment with private bathroom was a little smelly.

A bit small & basic.

Great location for bokbyen and as a stopping point for travelling from east to west. The main staff member who received us when we arrived Sunday afternoon was fantastic! 😊 The staff member/receptionist who took over in the evening was not so nice and almost makes me want to NOT recommend. The other aspects of the place, however, made up for the unfortunate Sunday evening staff member and hence our our stay was otherwise terrific and we will return.

The staff member/receptionist who took over in the evening was not so nice as the staff member who met us and checked us in, and almost makes me want to NOT recommend Boyum. It is bad enough that she was unpleasant to myself. But it is extremely unfortunate when such a person is unpleasant to children!!! My children picked up on this and my wife and the grandmother were a bit disturbed. Luckily, other aspects of the place make up for this one negative person.

Great location, close to multiple glaciers ans the glacier museum is next door. Beautiful view and surrounding. Room was good, clean bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Staff was very helpful with info about the area.

Expensive, the toilet makes weird noises

There was not much food to buy, neither for self-preparation nor in the camping cafeteria. Fortunately we could get very good breakfast at the museum (Bremuseet) next door.

Fantastic location

We had 1x room in one of the bigger cabins, would have liked more sitting places outside the cabin and perhaps an extra toilet. Otherwise a nice place.

The location, near the glaciar, and the possibility of buying something yo eat un the reception. A very nice place for a walk or running.

We shared kitchen, shower and toilets with several people (8 double rooms), and only 2 showers and toilets.
