Quiet. Comfortable. Compact but useful.

The pump house was fabulous very close to the little village. The view from the pump house was beautiful bed was very comfortable and it had everything you needed very roomy. We loved our stay

Although the pump house was perfect, I was surprised as the photo didn’t match the pump house.

Beautiful setting, quiet location, very clean accommodation, comfy and very spacious. we stayed in the Woodcote room and it was perfect. We wish we had stayed an extra night.

Nothing to dislike. Would love to come back.

Location is perfect for Goodwood. No complaints there at all.

This is NOT a 'Boutique' apartment worth £300/night. The owners were lovely and helpful on the phone, and it's quite and prefect for Goodwood. But the fixtures and fittings are all cheap and old and curtains & blinds were not fixed properly and the shower leaked all over the place. It was also FREEZING when we arrived. The heating worked in the end, but why no one had taken the time to go and turn it on before we arrived seemed very poor for such an expensive place. And even when the air was warm the bathroom floor was like walking on ice blocks. It was the least luxurious or 'boutique' place we have ever stayed. It'd be fine mid summer I guess, but simply isn't worth that money and we'd not return.

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The bedroom and en suite were bright and comfortable. Very warm. Short walk to great pub.

I booked three apartments and all were exceptionally clean. The shower was nice and powerful. Great peaceful location with off-street parking on site. I would highly recommend the Woodstock Suites.

Very organised. Message received to locate the property was great and key provided in a lock box. Nice touch leaving us a pint of milk. In a beautiful area and pub a short walk away was lovely and good food. Comfy and cosy, and Parking nearby.

Not recommended for anyone besides a lone traveller or a couple as only the 1 bed and sofa too small to fit anyone besides a child, so my daughter slept on the floor. Price was a little high for what we had.

one minute walk to a lovely pub, two minutes to a nice walk on the downs, 10 minutes in the Car to Weald Downland open air museum and the Repair Shop!

The boiler was a bit noisy when it came on.

We stayed for two nights as we were attending Goodwood races, don’t think you would find a better located property literally 1.5 miles from the course

Nothing not to like, if I was being picky there was a bit of paint flaking on the ceiling which your eye gets drawn too, and perhaps a tea towel for drying dishes would of been helpful

A really clean and well maintained property. set in a lovely location - the little terrace was lovely to sit out on in the sunshine

Easy parking. Excellent sized bedroom and bathroom. WiFi worked. Relaxing place to stay.

Lack of any opening window downstairs. No window at a normal height. Had to have the door open for air and light. Strange smell on entering. Sash windows upstairs need maintenance. No continuous handrail on tight stairs.
