Good location & parking

Room was smaller than expected for a ‘superior’ room. The cooked breakfast was below par eg the fried bread oozed with oil when pressed with a fork.

location was good , so was the breakfast .

some paintwork needed in places

Location was perfect, close to all amenities and right by the sea. Staff were super friendly and were always on hand if you had a question. Super clean.

Bed was rather uncomfortable. Breakfast felt like not enough, especially the hot food and the hot food was served too quickly when you hadn't finished your cereal etc

the English breakfast was disgusting obviously precooked. the hash brown was as hard and cold as a stone, as was the fried bread. it was so bad.

Breakfast one to good, only had toast but what other diners had looked good.

Booked a ‘superior’ room, got a shoe box. Could not have been smaller, though you could just see the sea through the tree.

No food available after 7pm ,room was size of a cupboard, not what I call a hotel

Pretty Basic hotel. The windows in the room were kept open with a aerosol can. The chef could not cook soft poached eggs the whole week and there were not enough staff at breakfast

Small smelly room, very dated, not very clean of well maintained. Bar not open until 5pm and nowhere to get a snack or drink. The restaurant opened for limited times and the food was awful.

That I paid for a superior double bedroom with sea view. What we got was a double room with seaview could not swing a cat. We went to front desk and asked what sort of room is 4a she said double when I complained about size of room the girl said that you booked with booking.com we said what difference does that make a superior room is a superior room who ever we book with she just backpeddled and said you booked a room with sea view that is what makes it a superior room we would not pay that much extra just for seaview wanted and paid for larger room as advertized. Neadless to say reluctant to use booking.com if penalized for using this company does not make sence ???

Location was great, staff were very helpful and friendly too very clean room, lovely view and entertainment

Bar only open from 5pm , no snacks served at all , not even a vending machine , also need more breakfast selections

First class breakfast, Room Reasonable.

Major Health and Safety issues No lift working 3 coaches booked in advance full of OAP who struggled up the stairs. (4 flights of stairs) They could have had a engineer out in one day to fix the Lift knowing they had approx. 75 OAP arriving well in advance. Was not advised on arrival that the restaurant was fully booked until early evening (We had to walk approx. i mile to get a evening meal Reception staff when asked were we could go for a evening meal could not suggest any restaurants in town. (Very bad staff do not know of other places to have a evening meal)
