Amazing hotel to chill and relax with pool & spa with great evening meals and friendly staff.

It was newly renovated. Nice outdoor pool and lovely indoor pool for after a day of touring in the heat. Excellent breakfast

It was all good.

Beautiful pool and sun loungers were excellent, including beds. Hotel staff were wonderful very friendly and attentive. Food was superb, if a bit pricey. 15 min drive to Ortigia, or you can take their shuttle bus at 1830.

Drinks were a bit expensive.

The hotel itself is fabulous, beautiful resort, very well kept. The pool area is relaxing and combination of gazebos and sun beds is very comfortable with a good service. Breakfast was great with lots of options and good quality food. The staff - especially the morning breakfast shift was very kind, welcoming and helpful. Need to highlight Sebastiano who was always making sure we have everything we need. Also, had the best massage by the gentleman at the SPA (unfortunately cant remember his name)

The hotel is 5 star and so it should be the restaurant, unfortunately this is not the case. We ate dinner at the hotel 2x. First night the food was okayish but somewhat lacking flavour. The portions are also extremely small for the price they are charging. We thought maybe it was a 'wrong' selection of the meals, so we gave it another try. My husband had a ribeye and I went for Tagliata. We've ordered the meat well done (pregnancy) and medium for the ribeye. First they brought it both rare, so we have returned it, they took the cut pieces and reheated it, which would be on the line of 'fine' if the ribeye was not again rare when the lady cut it in-front of us. She apologised again, and took it back again, while she left my plate at the table so I could try it out. Again, totally no flavour and taste. After some time, they've brought the ribeye, and it was the same cut pieces reheated for a third time! It looked terrible and we refused it as this can not happen in a 5 start hotel. It spoiled our evening, as we had to wait for the meal for a long time with this result and we have asked for a hotel manager to speak with, however they advised that he is not there, and he can speak to us the next day. They offered any other meal (which we still paid) so we went for the same pasta we had the first night as at least we knew it was not amazing but at least we could eat it as at that point we were hungry and it was too late to go to the town for dinner. The next day we had to check out and no one came to speak to us as we asked, therefore Im writing this experience here. This was the only but quite a downfall of this hotel. The restaurant being the only place where you can eat without driving, it should be the top notch.

This was our second stay at this hotel as our first was last year this time round and we made sure to visit once again. We had such a relaxing time and our young boy loved every second cause the property is very child friendly and the staff where all very kind and helpfull as always. Sebastiano is one of a kind, you will find him at breakfast time and he will make sure to serve you in the best way possible. But as said before all the staff are amazing, every single one of them.

The food is abit overpriced altough very good

The service at breakfast for cooked food and hot drinks was very poor for a 5.star.jotel. a solution would be to make sure drinks machine was working disappointed

beautiful location and modern interior

Well what isn't there to like about this beautiful place. Every square foot has been exceptionally planned around the guest as I personally couldn't find one fault anywhere. Not 1 area was anything but extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Every staff member does Everything they can to make your stay as comfortable and personal as possible, especially Sebastiano and Giuseppe, the amount of attention and communication between the team is exceptional. We're already on about when we are going next. I could go on and on so I'll leave it here. Simply one of the best

Property is excellent, quiet and relaxing, staff makes an effort to accommodate you as much as possible especially Sebastiano which went out of he’s way to make sure we are enjoying our stay. Will definitely go again xxx

The library, restaurant

As a wellness spa hotel I expected spa included in price.

Wonderful experience, the hotel is an oasis of comfort. Our two year old daughter loved the jacuzzi on the terrace of our room, as well as the indoor and outdoor playgrounds. All was perfectly clean, comfortable, and elegant. Super friendly and helpful staff. We appreciated everyone but biggest thanks go to Santino, Sebastiano and Giuseppe. You are great! We will definitely come back.

Sabastiano was the person who we encountered every morning.He is an asset to your hotel as he does his job perfectly well and one can see his kindness and professionalism. Santino was the guy who we met in the evening and also he's very professional in his job. Literally staff here makes your stay way better since they're professionals and they anticipate your needs.Grazie mille !!! See you soon

Breakfast was extraordinaire. Sebastian is so great! Massage service with Simone was first class, tops!

The outdoor and indoor pools and spa jacuzzi were too cold for my liking. Maybe they are warmer at other times of the year like spring and summer? Only the Turkish bath was hot! All else too tepid for my taste but maybe perfect at another time of year?

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Georgia and Sebastiano.

Hotel is well kept and clean, Great place for families with children and good service

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. the staff were really friendly. we decided to stay here for a night for or honeymoon. we were received with welcome drinks and got a room upgrade with jacuzzi and complimentary Prosecco! The SPA is really relaxing and clean. The indoors pool is just marvelous and dinner and breakfast will exceed your expectations! we liked it so much that we decided to stay for another night. The hotel is kid friendly as well. if you want a relaxing stay with your partner or family then stay here.
