Very convenient location next to shopping centre. Also easy to look for different culinary

The room we stayed was decent, it is a bit old but really comfortable for us to stay there. Staff really prompt and helpful while we were staying there

CLEAN, very nice Location, excellent helping people right from reception to restaurant upto check out.FANI, AGUSTINE,KRISTANTO,YONDIKA, ANGGITA & Similarly in restaurant NOPIA,OBI,DERY,JUNI, VENIKA were superb.

Vegetarian Indian menu needed, at least four to five items, OR atleast they should be made available by taking preferences of guests..8/10/12 hours earlier.so those can be served for next morning breakfast.

السعر المناسب والمعاملة الممتازه والفندق جميل ونظيف وخدمة النظافة والترتيب ممتازه ومطل على بحر ونهر بعيدين نوعاً ما وكنت القيمة شاملة للفطور .

الفطور لا يناسب العرب ويفترض مراعاة وجود عرب + عدم وجود بركة سباحة .

To push our own luggages during arrival from 1st floor to 10th floor til the room & also when we leave the hotel. It is inconvenient especially for elderly .

Good attached mall, just ok if you need to be in this location

Not very good breakfast, awkward entry through another building

Breakfast is good and room is clean. i stayed over 2 weeks.

Can fix treadmill in fitting room? i already need to wait for runing in fittign room.

stench of smoke in two non-smoking rooms, sound literally alike to wading through swampland mud in the breakfast area (right next to the reception) originating from a predominant clientele that simply couldn't eat with their mouth closed (We went on to eat at the mall next door. Don't even bother about the breakfast. You'll only lose your appetite.), going to the mall in the 5 floors downstairs requires walking through half the building, taking the elevator down to ground floor and then to pass through a connecting door which is locked during early and late hours
