We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s easily walkable to downtown, the beach and a the playground for the kids.

The location could not be better. We loved walking to the beach and downtown and the farmer’s market. The patio and kitchen are as shown in pics and really nice. There are things that I would want future guests to consider: if you are used to hypoallergenic or no pets this rental could be problematic, both upstairs and basement steps need to be used very carefully to prevent injury, pictures do not show a new build rental that is located very close to bungalow, the laundry facilities are in the basement that is susceptible to water during storms and may not be usable as an amenity as well as difficult for people sensitive to allergies. Bikes and beach supplies were limited in terms of one’s that were working properly. We have stayed in SoHo several times at this price point and this accommodation did feel very different. The owners were very responsive to our concerns which was appreciated, but most likely willl be back to the area but not this rental. These are big investments for most families (including ours) so just wanted to pass on our experience.

We had a great time on our vacation. The house was clean, great condition, everything as expected. Walked to the beach, walked downtown, loved the location and ease of getting around. The kids loved the loft bedroom.

Nice little house that is centrally located to the beach and shops in the little downtown. Easy check in and check out process. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cozy house close to downtown South Haven.

This is a great option for a single family. Close to everything and has all you need. The screened in porch was particularly nice in the mornings and evenings. I will say they need to invest in a new bed for the one bedroom. Small and very creaky which wasn’t ideal with an infant in the next room.

We enjoyed our stay and thought this was a perfect location for walking to the beach and downtown. We enjoyed time together shopping, eating out, beach time, farmers market and sunsets.

The house was perfect, clean and exactly as pictured. Location was perfect. The property managers were responsive and on top of very detail.

We travel every year for the last 5 years to SH for the Blueberry Festival. This is the first rental we had with perfect location and everything we could need. 2 blocks from town 2 blocks from beach. Fire pit. Had my 2 older parents, my husband, and daughter 9.

My family and I enjoyed our stay on the property. Location was in walking distance to everything and house was extremely clean. Loft was great for the older kids.

Thank you for giving us the cutest place to stay! And THANK YOU for allowing us to bring our dog! We got married on Saturday on the beach, we traveled from Iowa and this house made our trip 1000x better! Perfect location, sooo cute and cozy. I want to stay here again !

It was easy to walk to the beach and not far from town either. Great location! The house was clean and looked like the pictures. The hosts were communicative and helpful. We’d definitely like to come back! Note that although one of the main rooms has a TV, that room doesn’t exactly function as a living room since the two seats in it are separated by the spiral staircase. But this isn’t a big deal since there is a great conversation place in the screened-in porch or around the fire pit on the back patio.

We love the house and return every year. Our favorite thing is the screened-in back porch where we spend many hours chatting over a glass of wine. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the beach or to watch the sunset. It's also close to Julia's! The only bad part is having to leave at the end of the week. (Did the owners get our message about the smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night?)

Weather didn't cooperate half the time, but that's beside the point. The place was clean and close to the beach, very convenient and South Haven had a lot to offer. Enjoyed our stay.

Had good time going in town and to the Beach

House was perfect for our family. Was clean and had everything we needed. Great location short walk to the beach and the main strip of shopping and restaurants in town.

The property was perfect for our stay. We wanted to get away for Memorial Day weekend. We need a quiet place for our daughter to study for finals and my husband and I to relax. THIS WAS IT! The house is blocks away from the beach AND downtown. Not only did we get to enjoy beachtime and shopping downtown but we were able to enjoy smores in the backyard firepit! Thank you for the awesome hostess gift. This house is set up to entertain, with it's big kitchen table, sunroom and backyard. My daughter loved having the whole upstairs to study and have her own space. I loved having my morning coffee in the sunroom. We can't say enough good things about this house. We look forward to coming back.

Long weekend getaway with wife and kids, also brought the dogs. First time using Vrbo and very happy with the experience. Dawn and Jeff were super accommodating. Rental was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to downtown and beach, great way to start or finish anyday!!! Planning to stay again! - Brian

The cottage is simply adorable and was very clean. It is conveniently located just 2 blocks from the beach too. There's plenty of room and it was a plus that we were able to bring our 2 Goldens with us. The garage is stacked with toys and bikes for all ages plus a nice grill. The fire pit and seating is awesome too. Everything was perfect. It was our first time visiting South Haven and we are already planning on going back in the summer.

Everything was great! Hosts were amazing and so easy to reach. Response times were quick!! We loved how close we were to the beach, playground and downtown. Perfect weekend!!!

House was within walking distance to shops/restaurants and the beach. Dawn and Jeff were very quick to respond to questions we had during our stay. Enjoyed having access to bikes for our trip.

This was our second time staying here and we loved it as much as the first time. The location is fantastic, short walk to the beach and to downtown, and our kids love the sleeping space in the loft (they think it is really cool to have their own space).
