The unit was so clean when we arrived and was well stocked. The bedrooms were very comfortable and look forward to revisiting the unit again.

We were so impressed with our unit the moment we walked through the front door. Our jaws were dropped open with each room we entered. The outside area where the patio and pool is located is absolutely gorgeous. We have never stayed in a place as nice as this. I’m sure we will enjoy the rest of our stay.

The place was great. Plenty of room, large outside area. We loved that first floor location. The only problem was the pool heater was to working, but that was out the owners fault. We will be looking at dates for next year.

We were a group of three women in our 40s staying for a girls trip. The unit was spotless when we arrived. Everything we needed was available including umbrellas because we had some rain to contend with. The beach is gorgeous and the location fantastic. Super convenient to all the historic sites in St Augustine. Would love to return

We had an amazing stay - the condo was wonderful - bedroom’s and bathrooms as well as living areas were perfect. We were steps from the heated pool with an outdoor space which was comfortable in the shade as well ad the sun - would hands down stay here again!

The stay was great. The room was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. The pool is right out the back door and the beach is a very short walk away. Owner was quick to respond to questions. The only negative I can think of is I wish could lock the sun room door.

We had an amazing time and we loved the condo. Clean and well put together. The patio was great for grilling (which we did every night). Pools and bathrooms were clean and beach was beautiful.

Our stay in St. Augustine was great. The house was very clean and perfect for our family and dog. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was great.

Started out badly. We were not given passes and my vehicle was towed on the first night. Got better after that. There was no grass or yard in our backyard and I didn't realize that until we moved in. The location was really far from the beach. The sand was very thick and hot so I twisted my ankle and had a difficult time getting down to the beach. Overall we had a great family time with just minor set backs.

Overall it was a wonderful villa and facility. The only ossue was parking on the 1st day. We were supposed to be guaranteed two spots and when on first day we actually had to wait until someone left.

This place was amazing. The location was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. David was most helpful on everything and i will book again.

Renovated condo is very nice. Two pools and close to the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be back!

The property was advertised, but they were pressure washing Thursday when we checked in and most of Friday morning/early afternoon we could not use the patio and when we could use the patio we had to put all the furniture back and had to sweep all of the trash and concrete that was on the patio, which ruined “the having a drink out by the pool”

Home was recently renovated

We have booked over 10 stays at VRBO and this was our worst experience. When we arrived, the kitchen sink was not cleaned. We then found that the bedroom was not made up from the previous guest! There was a hair on the pillow and the bedding was obviously not washed. We then discovered, while the kitchen was “new” the rest of the unit was is disrepair. Furniture was broken. Strong chemical smells in the sun room. The kitchen itself was poorly equipped. A broken wine opener. No extra garbage bags or paper towels. Rusty scratched pots. On top of this, the day after we arrived, a construction crew came to start sandblasting the decks! We were not able to be in the unit for 3 of our 4 days because of the noise and debris. We learned that all the owners were informed of this work. The iTrip company (the property manager) said that they were not aware of this. They also said that they would compensate us for not being able to use the unit, and then we never heard from them again. Shameful There are many better options. This is a terribly managed dirty condo. Please book elsewhere.

Excellent customer service. We had a couple of small corrections and they were addressed immediately. Highly recommend this rental company.

This is our second time renting this unit. We love it! The unit is spacious, well equipped, centrally located and really nice. The place has a heated pool, regular pool and is steps away from the beach. There’s so much to do in this area: walk to restaurants, mini golf, state parks, markets, drive into historic St. Augustine and more. The owners are super responsive and kind; I flip flopped my dates around because of my sons school obligations with no problem. Choose this place, you will love it !

We enjoyed our family vacation! The best part was the first floor porch facing the pool where all of us can hang out. Things loved about: -Location was great! Walking distance to pool and beach. -Hand soap at every sink. -TV in every room! -New refrigerator. -Overall was comfortable Things needs improvement: -All kitchen outlets were missing wall plates. ( I think this was due to remodeling, but it’s not very safe.) -The oven cannot turn higher than 350F. (Up button wouldn’t work.) -Towels we’re old… Wish there was more towels not just enough. -Dishwasher door cannot open completely; it will hit oven handle. -Lightning were dark in main living room area. -Queen size bedroom window was sooo dirty! -Living room TV was confusing and did not function consistently. -Pool heater was broken.

This was such an amazing place to stay! It was perfect for my family and my dad! I have 3 kids that age from 13 to 1 and there was 2 pools that perfectly accommodated their ages! The condo was so beautiful, spacious and was just the perfect space for us to hang out! Loved feeding the fish and the private beach access! We did not want to leave! This condo was in the perfect location for the parking lot, pools and to always visit the fish!

Our group really enjoyed our stay. This condo is perfectly located to all the convivences of St. Augustine. It's was so nice to have a short walk to be able to have direct access to the beach. Then the two pools were simply quite refreshing. Our favorite was the walk in pool, but we enjoyed the lagoon pool as well especially since it was right outside our patio door. The condo was very clean and enjoyed having fresh clean linens. We choose to bring our own beach towels even though the condo did have some. There are many beach chairs, small cooler and beach cart for use. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils and cookware. We did bring some dish towels, but there were two in the condo. There is no Keurig, but a regular coffee pot with a complimentary starter coffee from Kookaburra Coffee (so good btw). While the condo is in its own complex, it is in walking distance or short drive to some local places on A1A that we enjoyed -- like Daba's (good breakfast), Kookaburra coffee, Mayday Ice Cream, Beachcomer (on A Street and Ocean). Kookaburra and Beachcomer your dog is allowed which is very nice. If heading into downtown St. Augustine, it is a short 15 minute drive which we found to be very convenient. We enjoyed the fort and walking St. George's street and the shops along the way. We also decided to kayak and tour two of the state parks -- Anastasia and Washington Oaks (20 min drive South). In addition we attended the farmer's market on Saturday near the Amphitheater. We enjoyed staying at this condo and complex very much. We especially enjoyed the peaceful morning walks on the beach with our dogs. There was plenty of room to "spread out" and just simply relax. We hope to return again.

The location of the condo was great and we really enjoyed our stay. However, there needs to be more attention to the cleaning services. The floors were really dirty as was the coffee pot and several dishes in the cabinets. Also it is past time for the beds to be upgraded.

Had a great stay, condo was clean and very close to the beach

The entry Gate did not work properly. We had to enter code, try to enter, and then drive around and try again! The huge slider in living area was very difficult to open. It needs lubricating work and a new handle inside to gain entry to outside. Bathroom file and grouting need work. We were only given two toilet tissue rolls and had to all for more but they were delivered to our deadbolt locked outer door. The outer deadlock in entry to condo was broken and we were locked out and had to call for assistance which did come later that day. This forced us to use the living room huge, stuck slider to come and go. Also the rest of nights we had to sleep with the deadbolt unlocked Which was a huge safety risk for our family. Which was a huge safety risk for our family. Glad there were beach towels in condo but was told to bring my own. The gas grill worked good. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen equipped nicely but should have at least one backup paper towels and more than one dish towel. Refrigerator was nice. It made plenty of ice cubes.
