Great place to stay with loads of kids - indoor and outdoor pools were brilliant and great garden space. Indoor space was massive - loads of space for kids to run around.

This house was everything we could’ve hoped for and more. Upon arrival, the property manager, Albert, met us at the home and gave us a quick tour and tutorial of the amenities. He was so kind and pleasant to work with. He was readily reachable and answered our questions throughout the stay in a very timely manner. The house itself was incredible. Everything was clean, indoor and outdoor spaces were well furnished and comfortable. The pictures do not do the property justice. We would love to come back and stay here again!

Amazing property, amazing view. I can definitely say its my first rental house with its own elevator! The view over Lloret de Mar and the Mediterranean was a little different on each of the 4 levels. Hypnotic and transformative depending on the time of day. Not everything in the house works perfectly, but its easy to forgive with so many other things above are beyond the norm. The indoor pool/hot tub/steam room/sauna/work out room area was a perfect oasis during our January stay. Day or night, your own private resort to play in. The only disappointing part of our trip was realizing that it will be almost impossible to top this rental experience. This is a level of opulence that's hard to find at any price as a vacation home. Great value, great location, legendary view.

Beautiful property! Could use a few more provisions to start out

We were so excited to visit Lloret de Mar and had this trip booked initially for the summer of 2020. Then Covid hit. Ted was willing to roll us over to summer of 2021 but when we realized in Jan 2021 (7 months prior to our travel) that travel that summer would be impossible due to Covid restrictions, Ted was unwilling to either move us out again or refund our money. His tone was rude, he was not collaborative and had absolutely no regard for others' position during the pandemic. I know Ted could have rented (and probably did) the villa locally with no problem but instead he tried to capitalize on the pandemic. No one could have anticipated the affect of Covid but other owners I've worked with have been absolutely wonderful in working with us to figure out our travel plans. I'm confident this could have worked out to benefit both parties but Ted was too eager to pocket our hefty deposits. Too bad.
