The host was friendly and knowledgeable about the area showing us local areas to visit and a bit about the history and going ons of the area.

The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, you can see parts of the bay and it is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Everyone also has an outdoor space to relax and enjoy the view. The accommodation is situated 5 minutes from the centre and is within walking distance to everything!

Due to the humidity there were ants in the apartment (this was due to the recent rain).

The apartment had everything that we needed and the hosts were always close by asking us if they could help in anyway. There was not a washing machine in our apartment but we were provided with a nice big tub to wash our things in and there was a perfect line right outside our door to hang up our things. We loved our stay here and we will return to Apartments Peranovic when we come back to Kotor. The hosts are very kind and accommodating!

It is a little hard to find, but with perseverance and help from the host it took about 20 minutes to walk from the bus station. Be prepared for a rather steep incline..but of course this is true for much of Kotor!

This is an amazing place to stay in Kotor. The apartment was beautiful, cozy, and well-equipped. Jadranka was awesome, very kind and attentive. She met me at the apartment and gave me a tour of the place and offered some great suggestions on what to do and where to go. The location was great, walking distance to many places of interest. I loved my stay here and would definitely come back.

I never expected that we will be having a room with a view. It was just wow! 😮 the room was clean and huge. The view of kotor bay is breathtaking even at night time! The host gave as much information we needed when we arrived and was kind enough to brief us about kotor. She’s really nice and even provided us her umbrella while we were there. The place is just 400 meters away from the mall, walking distance to tourist sites.

You have to climb up the road to reach the apartment, however the experience is superb!!,.

Nice apartments with everything necessary for a long stay. There is a terrace with an amazing view on the Kotor Bay and surroundings. The beach and city center are in the walking distance. The hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming.

We had a great stay here on our road trip through the Balkans! Jadranka was an amazing host and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. She was very flexible with the timing of our check in and even met us when we checked in late around 10:30pm. She offered plenty of information about things to do in Kotor, tips on restaurants, and how to get around. It was clear she wanted us to have the best time possible in her city, and we did! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was a nice touch to have a washing machine and a table to enjoy outside. There are amazing views from the apartment complex of the bay. There was also a convenient parking place which made things easy for our group of 5. Would highly recommend staying here!

The host is such a lovely person! She helped us a lot, gave us a lot of informations about the city. The apartment was very clean and big. Also the view from the balcony was very beautifully and we were sitting there whole evening. Apartment is 10 minutes walk from city center. Highly recommend this apartment.

She thinks every tiny detail And tries to help you. Beginning before your arrival to the apart. She gives detailed adress and tries to be in contact for your easy arrival. 🌟Thank you Jadranka for everything🙏💛

Ms. Jadranka and her family were amazing hosts. They were so kind to me. Ms. Jadranka helped me a lot, showed me groceries, bus stops, restaurants everything. I really enjoyed my stay here so much! Had an amazing few days in Kotor, thanks to them. And the studio apartment was perfect for me, extremely clean, very comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. And also the views from their apartments were a spectacular. Highly recommended!

The owner was very helpful!!. offering loads of tips for cheap places to eat and how to avoid the tourist traps etc.. there are several apartments on the property and for sure I recommend staying here to anyone.I intend to stay here with family etc in future.. its quiet with a short walk into town. bakery close by and small public beach maybe 10 minutes away.

This is a fantastic option for Kotor. It’s about 10 minutes from the old town, and the property is a separate chalet so very private. The chalet is super comfortable, kept very clean and has everything you need (e.g. a washing machine, good range of kitchenware). But the best thing is the welcome from Jadranka, who is one of the most accommodating hosts I have met! She really wants you to have a good time in Kotor and has a wealth of recommendations, without being pushy or overbearing. This place is a steal for the price and I can’t recommend it enough!

Make sure you note the location and say when you’re arriving because it can be a bit tricky to find.

Everything. Very nice and clean apartament close to the old Town. Jadranka is very carrying giving useful tips and knows a lot about Boka Kotorska. If I come back to Kotor I would definitely stay with her.

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a great location a short walk to the old town and seaside promenade. Absolutely wonderful host, very friendly and hospitable. She gave me lots of information on the area and arranged transportation to the airport for me. Definitly recommend!

Wow, all I can say is that our hostess was the best we could've ever asked for! Great location and great apartment. She even brought us cake and a mug as a souvenir. We felt welcomed as if we were part of her family. The view was incredible and the walk to the old town wasn't far at all. She also pointed out the best recommendations ever and our stay in Kotor wouldn't have been the same without having stayed here. Can't wait to come back!

The location is great and the view of the room gives you a glance of the landscapes you'll be able to see in Kotor and around. The hostess is amazing, gives a lot of advice and recommendations and her apartment is really cute with everything you need!

Really nice helpful hosts, very good facilities in the room, easy to get to the old town but away from all the crowds. Nice sun deck with great views of the bay. I would stay there again
