Everything you need, clean, good location

The staff member who accomodated us was fantastic and could not have done anymore to help us. Veronica was so helpful and always a text message away offering help and support. The food in the local areas was just incredible. Some of the restaurants were tucked away and small but had the best tasting food I have ever tasted.

The outdoor facilities themselves are not very family friendly. It is mainly the older generation, with a few making comments about too many children in the area. We only had two children, who were so well behaved and calm, yet I felt constantly watched and judged by some of the older people. The outside area was very very breezy, even when there was hardly any breeze outside of thr apartments. It felt like a wind trap, so it made it quite chilly and made us not want to utilise the pool. There are also staff around the pool that are very good at stopping any fun for children. Children are strictly only allowed in the small pool, no lilos or beach balls etc so no fun games in the pool. There is no music or any atmosphere down by the pool. We spent most of our time away from the apartment itself. Secondly it's location isn't great for children. There isn't anything very nearby for kids, unless you want to pay a lot of money. Such as sealife centre in Benalmádena, which for a family of 4 is over €70 and its very small. The walk to the beach is about 15 minutes down to it and around 20 minutes back uphill, when walking with children. Try and factor in some of this when looking at booking. If you are a couple without children who just want to sunbathe all day by a cool pool then this is ideal.

The host come very quickly to give us the keys, even we came in advance

It was a bit cold in the night. And there was not available heating.

Well located 900m from the train that goes to Malaga main station.

Internet did not work. In addition, in the case it started working, would only fit for one device. Crap! Dishes dirty in the cuisine. This is not reasonable! Bathroom’s door does not close completely so be aware that you might be seen and heard while using it. The main bed is too small and stays in the balcony which was converted into bedroom. Should not be a problem but the thermal insulation is not enough and it gets too warm in a while. Hot water container has a low volume so in the case of two showers in a row the hot water can be out. Towels and bed sheets were smelling cigarette smoke. For me, this is unacceptable. They may require 150€ of deposit. I was not aware and revised the messages in the booking app and actually was not mentioned before.
