Location is good;staff is friendly;room is clean

Can be very noisy if you live in a room close to the street; no airconditioner -this can be quite chanlleging for extreme hot days in summer

Helpful staff, extra towels provided for lake swimming, views of the church tower - and the sound of the bells in the morning :)

Confusion between "double room" and "twin room". Photo of the bed is the same for "double room" and "twin room" in the English version of the Booking app, but there are different photos of the beds in the Italian version of the Booking app. There is a big difference: "double room" means one bed for two people, and "twin room" means two beds in the same room, but you don't see this with the photos in the English version of the Booking app. The Italian version of the Booking app shows this difference.

Eleonora was Friendly and helpful ... we felt at home and at ease...

The weather was a bit hot and the room gad only a fan not AC but as it is strange to have such a hot weather then I can understand the choice of the owner.
