This unit provided us with all the amenities needed for our visit to Maui, including books about Maui and activities to do there. All items needed for a day to the beach or other adventures were available i.e., beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling equipment, cooler, ice packs, and even some reef acceptable sunscreen. The price was reasonable, it was close to a beach, golf courses, restaurants, and shopping. We totally enjoyed our stay in this comfortable unit for 2 (or even a family if you all get along and can easily share a large room). Bed was very comfortable with clean sheets, lots of towels, beach towels, and washer/dryer was a bonus.

Absolutely beautiful location across from the beach where you can swim with the sea turtles. Clean, quiet location. Close to farmers markets and nightlife.

Great location in Maui...close to beach and restaurants and shopping. Our hosts were very responsive to a minor complaint that we had when we first arrived. We would definately recommend this studio.

Cozy little place. Quiet and relaxing. Comfortable bed and pillows. Sofa bed was good for sitting, but would be too soft for sleeping. Was able to use the washer/dryer. Great for 2 to 3 travellers. Close to all amenities and free parking.

I cannot say enough about Hosts Petra and Terry. They not only are quick to reply, they both have hearts of gold. At a time when it wasn't looking good to find a room on Maui (Lahaina fire/devastation) Petra and Terry worked with me to get my daughter and her friend, who had lost their homes, into their lovely studio in Kihei. The location was Perfect and just across the street from the beach. Studio included kitchen as well as washer/dryer. It was everything we could have hoped for - and more! Cute little condo. Excellent communication with the property owner. Directly across beautiful and popular Kihei beach. Condo had everything from full kitchen, washer/dryer and beach items such as chairs, towels and boogie boards. Great stay for a good price. Highly recommend.

The place is nice.

The location is great as everyone else has commented. The cleanliness of the condo was disappointing, the usable kitchen items in the condo were outdated and I didn’t like the fact there is no dishwasher (which I overlooked when booking) it was hard to tell if the plates, glasses & utensils were clean so we washed everything before we used it. Having a dishwasher would be just a piece of mind items were sanitized. Overall the room was satisfying, if it were thoroughly cleaned and stuff was updated it would be an awesome studio to stay at.

Very nice complex right across the street from the beach. Close to restaurants. Loved all the flowers on the property. Unit was nice for just my husband and I. The balcony was nice to sit on and it was nice to have an in unit washer and dryer.

Property is great. Condo is on the 4th floor, but elevator made it easy for us. Condo had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the balcony. The view was amazing. We would like to suggest a very comprehensive thorough cleaning be done, kitchen vent above stove and bathroom vent etc., otherwise, we would have given 5 stars. Mahalo

Exactly as described in a prime location near the beach and restaurants! We enjoyed eating out on the balcony and the in-unit washer and dryer were convenient. Would love to stay here again.

Would definitely rent again. The location was within walking distance to everything and right across the street from a path to the beach. The unit had everything we needed for beach days. The complex was very quiet and pools were excellent.

We loved our quiet corner studio. The location was great. We could walk to excellent beaches, stores and restaurants. Petra’s condo had everything we needed and she was easy to communicate with. The bed and couch were both comfortable. We hope to stay there again!

Property was convenient to all the beaches and shops in Kihei and Wailea. Can use a little updating but everything works except for an already broken beach umbrella that needs replacing. The rug can use some shampooing to clean the stain from it.

Pros: The location was great! A beautiful beach with amazing sunsets is just a short walk away. The condo was very nice, quiet, a nice small lanai with chairs and a table. We enjoyed using the body boards and beach chairs that were available. There was a kitchen and washer and dryer. Cons: The condo truly needs a deep cleaning and repainting the walls and trim would freshen it up. We were told the dryer needed repairs, so the dryer wasn't in working order for us. The main con for us was the bed issues. First of all the mattress was encased in plastic. I see a previous guest complained of this also and the owner replied it was to protect guests from bed bugs. We have travelled quite a lot, spent many nights in a variety of VRBOs and hotels and we know how to check for bed bugs before we unpack and we have never had to sleep on plastic. In a tropical humid environment it causes you to sweat, it crackles when you move in the bed. It was so uncomfortable and sweaty and we didn't have access to the dryer to wash and dry the sheets which by the way were stained and had strong body odors. They need to be replaced. The original sheets were polyester which is not comfortable in a humid and warm environment. We were able to find some cotton mix matched old smelly sheets, but still just an uncomfortable situation with plastic on the mattress and the stained and malodorous sheets. The beach umbrella was broken. The air conditioner spits water out all very the lanai and if you want to sit out there, you have to turn off the air conditioner.

Just perfect for 1 or 2 and a little getaway! Quiet, clean and well-stocked. Great instructions and amazing location! Amenities, information, pool, beach, restaurants and shops all fabulous and walkable! :)

Excellent, Great place, convenient, right across street from kamaole Beach 2, local food like food trucks and paia fish market are excellent and reasonable. Easy access to kamaole 1-3 beaches, Wailea, ulua and mokapu beaches, Makena Beach, Wailea boardwalk, shops at Wailea, La Peruse Bay and lava fields. Easy access to airport. Easy drive to Lahaina, Kapalua Bay, honolua bay, Kaanapali Beach and black Rock, paia, hookipa. In room kitchen, laundry, air conditioning, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs. Bed for 2 people. Pull out couch for another 2 people if needed. Would stay again

This is a nice condo with some really nice extras such as 2 good beach chairs, small cooler on wheels, boogie boards, beach towels and an array of beach toys. The bed is comfortable and the shower is very nice with good space. Small but nice balcony. Kitchen has the basic items if you want to cook meals and a full size refrigerator. It has extra ice trays which are enough to use for the cooler each day. Location is really good as it is right across from the beach and there are many nice places to eat within walking distance. Owner is very quick to respond if you have questions. We will definitely try to book again on our next trip to Maui.

This property was walking distance to everything in Kehei including beaches...this made activities with a toddler very easy. They provided all the necessary beach supplies and check in was easy!
