Clean, safe, comfortable, and affordable with a beautiful terrace. The food at the restaurant was also very good. The staff was very friendly. Excellent laundry service.

Loud. I could hear every conversation at the reception desk in my room. There are windows that go into the shared hallway and every time a light was turned on in the hallway it was like the light was shining directly into the room. It was hard to sleep.

La limpieza, el aire acondicionado funcionó muy bien en la habitación, el internet bastante bueno (tuvimos que conectarnos por zoom solo fallo un día por un breve momento). La sazón de la comida muy muy rica. Como nos agarro una lluvia fuerte justo para salir al aeropuerto, las señoritas del counter muy amablemente nos ayudaron a encontrar un mototaxi que costo 15 soles. La plaza esta muy cerca se puede ir caminando. En general todo el personal del hotel fue muy amable.

Que el desayuno todos los días se repite.

泊まった日が現地でカーニバルの最中だったようで、その事を知らない自分に対して親切に教えてくれて気をつけるようアドバイスをくれたり、一つ一つに対してとても気配りをしてくれるスタッフがいる事です。 そして近隣に雑貨屋さんや食べ物屋もあり、旅のお供にとても役立ちました。

シャワーの水圧が少し足りないくらいだけど、水も安全に使えました。

We stayed here on our return trip from the light of the shipibo retreat. We were so happy with how beautiful our place was and it was actually our first hot shower in over 2 weeks!. It was a Lovely apartment!

I cannot say there was anything we really did not like. Studio 69 was actually overbooked when we arrived and they kept us at their sister Apartment/hotel around the corner. We were so very happy with it, & would book here again every time I come to Peru!

The rooms are updated by Peru standards. On-demand hot water, cable tv, air conditioning, fridge and stove. Breakfast was better than more expensive hotels. Even the internet connection is strong, amazing for Iquitos. 5 blocks to the plaza. For the price, recommended.

The apartment could use a sofa in the living/dining area to make it more useful.

Hotel was situated in a central place close to the plaza de armas, lots of nice small menu places around and the hotel was a nice and comfortable

Lovely clean room, good working AC and good location - a nice pizza restaurant around the corner. Staff were riendly and helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport.

shower was cold and took ages for staff to fix the issue, they needed to turn a switch or something on, didn't explain this to us when we checked in so we had cold showers asked for help and they came in the room while I was naked in the shower. Also we only ate food at their restaurant and both ended up getting so sick with diarrhoea and vomiting. When we told staff it was from the dinner we ate at the hotel they said no must have been from outside the hotel trying to take blame off themselves. On checkout when we asked for dinner to be not charged due to we got so so sick they were not compassionate and still charged us and were even going to charge us more than we were quoted the price for dinner!

What a nice hotel! We have been here for 2 weeks in a clean and spacious apartment with bedroom and kitchen. A good breakfast every day and very friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is not far from the center, easy to reach on foot or by mototaxi. We would recommend everyone to stay here!

Staff was very kind. Breakfast was really good. The room was clean.

It was a little far away from the center. Still walking distance but could be sketchy at night. There are 4 floors and no elevator. Breakfast is in the the 4th. Could be a problem with older people.

Perfect location

No hot water. This seems to be a constant complaint. Elevator broke. My friend and I had bad knees. We chose the hotel because information stated that they had an elevator. No good for us
