Great Location

Nice room set-up. Everything is provided. You can also cook, but to a certain limit only. Utensils are provided. Very clean.

The pool is not really clean.

You had to get bands every day twice a day for the pool. I had to wait ages to be checked in.

We had 4 young children with us who loved the swimming and wave pool

Room was not as described...although it was great to have the pool...we had to pay every day to go ...not only once a day but twice as they have a morning and afternoon session...even if you are not intending using the pool you still have to pay to watch the kids!...this added an extra 1500 pisos to our stay...unacceptable....our apt was on the 17th floor which although gave great views..the patio doors do not lock...with young children...nightmare....this is not explained in description....we had a very unstable glass !table which the women who showed us round tried to stabilise....it was so unstable we basically could not use it....and the inevitable happened in the middle of the night!...crash...smashed glass!..awakening and frightening children and adults!!.could not get back to sleep!..shudder to think if it had collapsed while we were using it !...only 2 lifts ..takes an age to get up or down...another incident after finishing swimming, kids took their swimwear off and had towels round them...they were refused access to the building!...quite a number of other incidents making it a very disappointing stay...would not book again...
