Great property on the beach, all the necessary amenities in the house. Pool, hot tub and grill included. Would book this property again before looking at any others ! Fantastic stay !!

We stayed here back in October and loved the house, the location, and the amazing views being directly on the ocean! The house had everything we needed and then some!

Property was amazing. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. It has ALL the necessities of home. They truly thought of EVERYTHING.

The Location + Views were wonderful - but the cleanliness of this was really awful. It was quite shocking, especially during COVID. There were multiple dead roaches when we arrived through out the house, the kitchen floor had not been swept with dead bugs and food crumbs, chairs were not cleaned with dirt all over them, and we had to wash *ALL* of the bedding that was on the cribs, children's bunk beds, and twin beds before using - there was hair and filth on all the bedding that was not the King or Queen beds. We were still washing sheets at 9PM on our arrival night so that we had clean places for the kids to sleep. We also wiped down all hand rails and door knobs inside... which resulted in disgustingly dirty cleaning towels after - none of them had been cleaned down! The hot tub was also broken upon arrival - the management company was quick to work on fixing it but we missed a day & night of using it, and the upstairs deck screen door off of the main living area with the view was completely broken and not functional. There is also a stench outside... we later noticed as we were living there is pre-existing sewage back-up in the front that is clearly being worked on. Overall - the house is large, has a great pool table, and beautiful views - but we will not be renting here again nor using this management company. :-( Great potential, but the dirty state it was in and all the broken things did not make this worth it to be a return guest.

Great house. Location to the beach & things to do was perfect. Great views!

The house was filthy upon arrival and the pools were full of sand. The windows haven’t been cleaned inside or out for a very long time. The doors are covered in black grime along with all of the other woodwork throughout the house. The entire house needs painted and most of the furniture needs repaired or replaced. The AC vents are thick with dust and grime. And the main bath on the second floor leaked water from the ceiling every time the upstairs bathroom sink was used. They did send a cleaning lady who took pictures and wiped the floors and baths and a maintenance man who replaced broken blinds and reported the leak to the owner. Would not recommend this home.

Property was just as advertised. Lots of room for a big family trip with lots of things to do. We really enjoyed ourselves even with the weather being a little chilly. Our younger children enjoyed the kiddie pool and walking the beach.
