House was a great space in a great location. Check-in was easy. Upon entry via front door there was quite a strong musty odour in the lounge room, but with all windows open it disappeared relatively quickly. All bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and bungalow was as described and in great order. The kitchen lighting was very impacted and too dim with one downlight blown above the main fridge/prep area. Using a bedside lamp did improve the lighting. Unfortunately the house did not have any hand wash and only 2 rolls of toilet paper. The host was very easy to contact and quick to respond, offering a valid explanation and providing solutions. Overall although there were a couple of hiccups, my family and I had a great experience in this house with lots of memories made and we would stay here again.

Great house, slept 6 adults and a doggy easily. Plenty of bedding available. Perfect location, walk to beach and cafes.

Brilliant location; shops and eateries nearby; easy walk to the beach. Large, spacious house for our group of 6 adults, 2 infants and dog. Air conditioning located in several zones. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, (decent sized coffee cups!) and utensils etc., along with some extras of items often needed like salt, glad-wrap, oil etc. Bathrooms were large and modern. Lots of good hot water for showers and washing. Communal areas were large enough for all of us to gather together. Beach items were supplied like bucket, spade, foam board, noodles and chairs. Communication with Shane prior to arrival and during stay was excellent. Any questions and concerns were promptly answered. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

Hassle free weekend with all that is needed plus extras. Perfect location with 5 minute walk to Rosebud centre and beach. Glad I chose this one

The property exceeded our expectations. The house was really nice; well kept, and had everything you need and more. The location was great, as the house was within walking distance to the nearby shops and beach.

What a great house. This was perfect for us with 2 teenagers and a 10 year old this place had a space for everyone and within walking distance of everything you could need. The communication from Shane was great. I would highly recommend this house and the location.

Looks drab on the outside but beautifully kept back garden and inside. Lots of space for families and their pets. Shane was easily contactable if any problems arose. Really well appointed house with everything you need in great location. Feels like home. Three decent bedrooms, excellent bungalow, 2 bathrooms AND an outdoor hot/cold shower that is accessible via the side entrance so you are not traipsing sand through the house. Lovely private and secure garden. Would definitely stay again. Overall experience surpassed our expectations. Opportunities for improvement: 1) WIFI in bungalow, 2) cleanliness of kitchen and bathrooms, 3) queen mattress in room without on-suite very poor (it's the only thing that would make me question staying again), and 4) red couch needs some odour eating treatment! Thanks for a wonderful stay overall.

Shane was very good with all his communication. House was suitable for our family of 5 adults & 3 little girls under 6. We walked to the shops & the beach every day. We would definitely go back.

We had a lovely stay. The house was well equipped with everthing we needed. Delighted to have had some non stick cookware at hand which is rare to find in most places. Very clean when we arrived. The beach is a short walk. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks for sharing your lovely house with us Shane.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in January. Ideal layout and facilities for our family (4 adults and 6 kids). Easy stroll to the beach and shops. Perfect home for our two families and young children.

We booked our stay over Christmas so we could all get together and spend some quality time together and time at the beach. We all loved it, everyone was relaxed and comfortable. The property was very neat, clean and quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Our family stayed here with some friends and their kids for a few days in early January 2019. There were 10 of us all together, 6 adults, 3 children and our dog. This property was the perfect fit for all of us. Property is very roomy, lots of space for the small children to play and run around whilst also giving my teenage son his space to watch the tennis on TV in the living room. Backyard is very well kept and was the perfect size for us all to be outside - the kids especially loved to jump under the outdoor shower after spending the day at the beach! Rosebud beach and the main strip of shops were only a short 5 minute walk up the road which meant we didn't need to use our cars during the duration of our stay except to pick up a take away dinner one night. The host, Shane, was easily contactable and kept us informed throughout the whole process and our stay - including to let us know we could check-in to the property a little earlier than initially advised. We all had a wonderful time at Seamist making new memories and would love to stay again in the future.

We had a great time at this property in January 2018. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was as shown in the pictures. It is ideally located within walking distance to shops and the beach as well. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again.
