Close to airport, riksha is only 150 rupe. internet connection is fast. nice balcony and rooftop. several restaurants with local food are in the area.

Noise from over flying plane all night, creaking fan and rooster

Zilch. Nada. Nothing.

Host has no regard for privacy, kept walking around the house inspite of being told family is asleep. He doesn't even ask permission to enter! Finally my wife had to ask him to leave. Shameless cheapskate. The house is being run on a small inverter. We ran out of power at 3am with just two fans and one LED light on. We were told that KSEB supply was down. After 4.5 hours wait, did some investigation as lights were on in the surroundings and found the main supply input switch inside the house was switched off. On being asked host denied and went down to switch off a toggle he has downstairs to "prove" there is no power supply. We toggled back switch inside the house and power came back on. There were ants on the bed!

Owner is extremely resourceful & helpful. Pick-up,, drop to airport taken care by the owner himself. He arranged for a quick lunch and also we had a chance for home cooked food for dinner

Location is slightly off. Dependency on owner to call for some form of transport. Its more of a home-stay than a hotel. Blankets should be wrapped in white sheets.

Location was exactly like what I wished ..it was calm n quiet from the hassles of the city.. was able to take a good nap.. To mention about the host - Sony was remarkably helpful. Right from the time I landed in Cochin he was tracking n guiding me with inputs that helped me a lot.. His attitude and care towards the guests is something that needs to be appreciated.. Food they provided was also good - felt like home. The stay was worth the money I spent.. Will definitely recommend this place..

There is not much bad about the property as it’s a bag packers stay. But they should update their location on maps

a simple home stay, bit inside residential area but i liked the location. very near to cochin airport, they arranged homemade lunch which was quite good.
