This is a beautiful house in a beautiful location! However, it needs an overhaul. The air conditioner stopped working and the fridge stopped making ice (handyman fixed both). Other issues were not fixed: balcony off upstairs master covered in bird droppings, leaky kitchen faucet, upstairs closet slider off track, no inside handle on shower door in downstairs master, upstairs shower does not drain properly, lights over kitchen sink need a three way switch, railing going upstairs is loose, fire pit is loose and wobbly, edging around the brick of the fire pit is raised from the ground and creates a falling hazard. Very disappointing, especially considering the high rental cost.

Splendid

This was the third year in a row we stayed at this property. The accommodations really suit our family. Fun stuff provided to do like kayaks, corn hole, big mat for the lake to name a few. Excellent location on the lake. Recommend Wolffy’s for take out.

Wonderful experience with this property. Extended family came together to celebrate our Doctor of Veterinary Medicine graduate. Plenty of space, beautiful setting, yard and dock. Everyone enjoyed the lake. My sister would scold me if I failed to mention how well stocked the kitchen is.! Thank you Erica!

Attended a bachelorette party and we stayed at this house. It was absolutely beautiful. Plenty of space for 10 girls. Location was perfect for a winery tour. Literally the only negative was the very disrespectful neighbor. But he didn’t ruin our amazing time! Would definitely rent again.

Unless the owner/managers can make adjustments, the home isn't worth renting for the money as it stands and we wont be back.

The home is very beautiful! There were eleven of us and it never felt crowded! The kitchen and entire house were very well equipped. This home is large and appointed with very high quality furnishings and amenities. It had the best layout (half bath and mudroom right off the deck) of any rental my family had ever stayed in. It would have been an easy 5 stars all around, but the few weeks leading up to our vacation were stressful because of lack of communication until a few days before our week started.

This house is great, very spacious for our group of 9. Outdoor areas - deck, yard, beach and pier - were all very inviting. House is well stocked, everything you could think of, even bag chairs to take to the fireworks and kayaks and paddle boards for the lake. Location is very quiet, a bit out of the way but not too far from many attractions, we did a bunch of day trips.

Beautiful home with all amenities! We rented this home for graduation weekend and it was perfect - only 40 minutes from Cornell University! There is a huge backyard, fire pit, dock with chairs to sit on, large deck with comfy couches, beautiful large living room, big kitchen, the list can go on and on. Then owner, Erica, is fantastic and is willing to accommodate your requests very promptly. There is nothing bad to say about this property! My family and I absolutely loved it and hope to come back one day!

We just spent a long weekend at this fantastic house. It had every amenity that you could ever need and was perfect to unwind. I'd recommend for anyone, as we are already trying to plan our next visit for next year.

We spent three nights at the house in late September and we were very impressed. The house was absolutely beautiful from the first step in the door. It was hard to leave the house because it was so nice and relaxing. We are looking forward to returning for another stay!! Five stars is not enough for this place!!

Our family of 5 couples loved this place. The house is just at it appears in the pictures, well furnished with up-to-date finishes, appliances and furniture. Between the great room, dining area, living room and deck, there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The huge kitchen made it easy for multiple cooks to move around and the kitchen is well stocked with basics including 2 coffee machines - one drip and one Keurig. We took advantage of the fire pit and loved having 4 kayaks to use as well. It was a wonderful base to explore the Finger Lakes.

Property was ideal for our family of 11 people. Three minor annoyances: (1) could not get fans in living room and master bedroom to operate; (2) yard at rear of home was too waterlogged to be usable: (3) we were not informed that the yard in front of the house belongs to a neighbor who quickly told us we were trespassing as we started a game of kickball. All other features (space, supplies, instructions, furniture and fixtures, activities equipment, etc.) were fine and put to good use.

My wife and I stayed here with some of our friends for one of the Winter/Christmas Wine tour at Seneca. This house was a good half hour drive from Seneca, but it was very worth it. We had three couples and there was more than enough space to accommodate. Each couple had their own king bed and bathroom. The house was very clean and well kept. The owners clearly strive to make the experience perfect for their guests. The lake view was beautiful. It was so calm in the winter time. Highly recommend!

My wife and I wanted to get away for a long weekend and found this house on VRBO. We were not disappointed! Beautiful views, beautifully decorated inside and out. The owners were great, so easy to work with. This is definitely a place we will visit again.

Beautiful home with wonderful large yard on the shores of Lake Cayuga. The home was gorgeous...spacious w/ state of the art amenities. Plenty of room inside and outside for the family! The deck and patio area of perfect for entertaining and lounging. The dock provides for plenty of space for fishing and enjoying the views of the lake. Perfection!
