Staff was very helpful. She came all the way back to set up the baby crib. The appartment was very nice and spacious. Parking was at the house itself.

The room was nice but the balcony views from ground floor were not very great. Kitchen was there but even nothing basic was available like salt, pepper or sugar.

very easy check in process. the room is big enough for small family of four. the location is great, two minute walk to local supermarket. free parking available at the property.

Warm, central location, parking, walking distance to coop and restaurants. Ski bus 2 mins away to take you to gondola. Ski room and washing machine that you can use. TV that you can log into Netflix on.

There where spider webs behind the TV and next to the bed . The bathroom was rusty. The kitchen was too small and there was not even salt pepper or soap in the kitchen. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows too . Every morning you can hear steps from the iron stair outside the house . The worst was that we were waiting 30 minutes in the snow because we had no keys and no instructions for the home entrance and key locker . We called 3 times the owner and no one answered. After 10 minutes called us back

I like the location its near the shopping area , groceries ,shops for souvenirs, restaurant , and cable car ride to Grindelwald First. The house is just a good size for family of 4 and you could find everything you need in the kitchen and with iron and vacuum cleaner. I like the terrace with a little green grass where my little doggie can do pippi, and of course where you can sit and have your coffee break while looking at the beauriful view of the mountain. The chalet is clean and in order and we have a comfortable stay. I like Sofia the host who is very nice and welcoming, and communicated well for our arrival time. I would definitely comeback someday .

Only one thing , the electric plug are not a lot .you need to bring extra extension cord for charging our phones etc.

Great view. Apt not fancy but good beds and well equipped Excellent location. Dog could run in the yard.
