Zunächst möchte ich betonen, dass die Lage der Wohnung wirklich hervorragend ist und auch die Größe der Räume sehr ansprechend wirkt. Der Balkon zum Meer ist sehr schön, wenn auch man die Balkontüren nicht schließen kann. Da sich die Wohnung im 1. Stock befindet, ist es also alles andere als sicher. Leider wird der erste positive Eindruck durch eine Vielzahl an Mängeln stark getrübt, sodass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für die eine Woche, die wir hier verbracht haben, einfach nicht stimmt.

Die gesamte Wohnung war durchweg schmutzig, obwohl angeblich eine Reinigungskraft vorher da war. Der Balkon war dreckig, die Fenster waren voller Streifen, der Backofen war nicht gereinigt, und die Küche, obwohl geräumig, war schlecht ausgestattet. Es fehlten grundlegende Utensilien wie Salatschüsseln oder kleine Schälchen, und die vorhandenen Pfannen waren angebrannt und unzureichend gesäubert. Zudem war die kleine Espressomaschine schmutzig und der Toaster ebenfalls völlig verdreckt. Die Küchenschränke waren innen ebenfalls verschmutzt, was es unangenehm machte, dort etwas zu verstauen. Das ist sehr unangenehm, vor allem, wenn man mit einem kleinen Kind reist und täglich kocht. Auch in den Schränken der Ankleide lag viel Staub sowie kleiner Dreck, was es fast unmöglich machte, dort Kleidung hineinzulegen. Besonders bedenklich war, dass die Spülung der Toilette nicht richtig funktionierte. Am gravierendsten war jedoch, dass sich die Schiebetüren zum Balkon nicht verschließen ließen, sodass theoretisch jeder ungehinderten Zugang zur Wohnung haben könnte. Das Fenster im kombinierten Wohn- und Küchenbereich ließ sich nur in Kippstellung öffnen und nicht vollständig schließen, was zusätzlich beunruhigend war. Die Sauberkeit der Schränke und Regale war ebenfalls fragwürdig – offene Regale waren mit einer dicken Staubschicht bedeckt, und in den Schränken fanden sich persönliche Gegenstände und unbenutzte, noch verpackte Dinge von Ikea. Alles wirkte lieblos und billig eingerichtet. Den Staubsauger mag man nicht in die Hand nehmen, da auch dieser durchweg verstaubt und dreckig ist. In der Wohnung lag keine Info über das Wlan Passwort und wie die Müllentsorgung vonstatten geht. Eine ältere Dame aus dem Haus hat uns das dann erklärt. Das Sofa müsste noch erwähnt werden. Der Stoffbezug der Sitzfläche ist zerrissen, sodass man die Matratze sehen kann. Eine Decke auf der gesamten Fläche verdeckt das.

La situación y la comodidad, el televisor

Ciertas cosas no estaban muy limpias que digamos, como el televisor, los cristales, algunos rincones, limpieza por encima y a la ligera.No culpo al propietario, seguro que el paga una pasta por la limpieza pero estas empresas suelen tener gente que dejan bastante que desear, es muy difícil encontrar a alguien profesional, lo se por experiencia propia.

The spot is really good, in front of the beach. The beach itself is really nice and clean.

It's the 1st floor and can be noisy. Apart from this, everything else is pretty good, actually.

Apartment has a fantastic seaview and so comfortable! Very clean and staff was so nice. Definitely will come again!

Location and apartment were perfect

It didn’t become a problem because the owner was so helpful - however there was access problems at the street door the whole time we were there Renovations in the adjoining flat didn’t cause too much of an issue but had you wanted a lie in after 9am it could have been a problem

Excellent location just opposite the beach. Good sized apartment. Easy access.

The cleanliness could have been a bit better (I was expecting this as other reviewers mention it) and the kitchen utensils and dining ware were very limited. I was lucky to be there off season - there is bar and a restaurant just below (apartment is on 1st floor) so I imagine that in high season this can get noisy.

Perfect location right on the car-free beach promenade, large apartment with comfortable beds and a large living-dining room with a small balcony, restaurants and supermarket nearby, uncomplicated key handover and departure, air conditioning in all rooms, good WiFi

This flat can never get 10 points, for the following reasons: it is situated on the first floor directly above a restaurant, which is very noisy in the evenings, especially on weekends, and you can only sleep with the windows closed. The second seriously weak point is the parking situation. There are parking garages nearby, but they are very expensive. In addition: peeling wall paint in the living-dining room, the bathroom is not cleaned carefully, the toilet brush is defective, the bathroom is very small and has no ventilation, some closets are used as storage space, the windows have not been cleaned for a long time and the kitchen equipment is very poor. Especially without the first two flaws, the apartment would be a dream!
