Palm Springs in Vieste! We had such a wonderful stay with our kids. Mauro and the team were so welcoming and the grounds were beautiful. The pool was lovely and the food delicious. We felt very well looked after. Thank you!

We were very impressed by the assistance of management and staff. Our every need was met, including change of room (due to mobility issue) and laundry was provided. Everyone, from Management to Cleaning ladies and wait staff were friendly, helpful and happy. We had booked the Beach Package and this provided us with breakfast and lunch or dinner, together with beach transfer and beach chairs. It was well worth it. Food was very good, menu changed daily and wine selection very good. We would recommend this resort. Barry and Suzanne

- We were half board and the poolside restaurant food was amazing, as was the flexibility of being able to choose lunch or dinner on the day. I am dairy-free and don't eat meat, and Antonio and Guiseppe were fantastic at guiding me through the menu. All the food was fresh local ingredients. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful with so many fresh pastries, cakes and fruit. We loved the ladies who work in the breakfast room, they were so lovely and helpful. - The golf buggy to the beach was wonderful but the beach at Lido Molinella is walking distance too which was great, and had a lovely restaurant as a dining alternative - The pool area was beautiful and spotlessly clean (swimming hats are compulsory) - All of the staff were amazing, with the owners always on-site and on-hand to help with any questions or queries - The complimentary massage in the spa was a fantastic welcome and Lucca was very good :-) - Overall we really enjoyed the calm, relaxing vibe of the hotel and the local area. With a car you are spoilt for great beaches all within 30 mins drive and also the nearby national park and Forestra Umbra

- Family rooms were a little on the small side and if you have a standard room you don't get any of the sea or garden views - There was no local supermarket in walking distance - It isn't possible to walk into Vieste from the hotel, it is too far, you definitely need a car/taxi - The children's play area could do with updating or adding a few more things (e.g. swings) - It would be nice if the poolside bar was to stay open a little later (it closes at 10pm)

Staff were all fantastic. Bar and pool areas where lovely.

Amazing resort! Amenities are great and apartments brand new. Very quiet! Staff is friendly and helpful. Spa and restaurant recommended!!

- need a car to get to the Vieste - no vegetables on breakfast, even tomatoes - tennis stuff in very bad condition

Great services overall, lovely breakfast included served beside the pool, super tasty freshly baked cakes and croissants, good size 1 bedroom flats with adjacent parking space for each unit. Nice shuttle service (5 min drive or 10 min walk) with electric golf car from the resort to the beach Lido Molinella where 1 parasol with one bed and one chair was reserved for us for the whole duration. Overall the resort is very well kept and the free welcome massage in the spa was a very nice gift from the owners.

Little details in the flat like only 1 knife in the whole set of cutlery, only a handful of crutches in the flat (we requested some more but they never came) and the most disappointing thing was the super small TV (17 inches) placed super high the wall (in the highest possible point) being also super old (I checked the model out of curiosity - it was from 2006 with a 4:3 aspect ratio - they don't produce those anymore) - not the best place to watch football at home. So much potential to make this a perfect place to stay.

Great location, very helpful staff, nice pool, good breakfast, and very convenient 2 minutes shuttle to the private beach (available anytime). The room was very comfortable, simple, clean and functional.
