The island it is located on is stunning! It is in the middle of a beautiful pine forest full of cicadas that are magical with their song. They would sing you to sleep in the very comfortable bed. Having the pool was a nice option to have and it was nice to watch a couple of bats swirling around above it in the evening while there was some live music by the pool. It was The staff was friendly and helpful (especially since we don’t speak Italian). We liked the mojitos from the bar!
Upon arriving at the island, we walked up to the top (it is a steep incline) from the port. We don’t speak Italian and it was a bit of an extra hike around because we took a wrong turn (the sign for the hotel is in the driveway rather than posted on a sign).

the staff was great! always ready to help and with a smile both at receptions and bar/restaurant. The room is big and clean. The pool and the facilities fantastic. Thank you

great location offering a convenient shuttle service to and from the port.
Expensive restaurant with disappointing food. Noisy until midnight with loud live music playing in reception until midnight.
During dinner there was a childrens karaoke which was next to the dining area. It wasn’t ideal hearing the shouting of the karaoke whilst trying to eat and talk with friends.

Great breakfast,pleasant staff,lovely pool area with music at night. Great holiday vibe around the hotel. Good place to stay while exploring beautiful Tremiti islands.
Rooms are dated,musty smell compared to the rest of the hotel.
The hotel is difficult to find as there are no signposts for it. They do have a shuttle service so recommend you arrange that for transport from the port.

in general the Hotel is still 70' - but with huge huge potential, hope in the nearly future they move for a strong refurbishment

We’ll located in a pine wood 15 mins by foot from the port
In no way is this a 4 star property…2 star at best. The rooms feel like they are from the 1980s because I think that was the last time they were refurbished.

I liked that whatever we asked they satisfied our requests, we really enjoyed place and people.
I loved everything, we had a marvellous stay...
Maybe the fact that at breakfast (buffet) I couldn't serve myself but rather being served telling what I wanted, but a part from that everyone were friendly and kind.

Excellent staff from the front desk to the waiters. Very gracious and friendly. Hotel is perfectly situated on the island. It was a perfect attention to details!

Nothing really. Except one guy in the front desk who was nice. The other staff not
Very bad experience. My husband smart phone was stolen from our room when we went for breakfast. When we informed the front desk, their reaction was very unfriendly. Moreover our room was shabby and smelly. In my opinion it is a 2 star not 4 star. is. Any other indoor area is disappointing. Even the toilet flush in our room was partly broken and had difficulty to use it. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Excellent breakfast with friendly staff at reception and throughout the hotel. The staff were wonderful. Comfortable clean and very relaxing environment. I would highly recommend. Food at each meal was fresh, tasty and local.

Perfect location with comfortable and spacious rooms. Great breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Our room had a leak when it rained, but staff were really great and quickly gave us a new room and moved out bags.
The shuttle driver was a little rude at times.

No tea or coffee making facilities. Rooms are basic.

The man at the reception in the morning was very nice and helpful.
The hotel seem hold, the carpet was horrible, and the windows dirty. The service for breakfast was bad. This is not a 4 stars hotel.
