Good location as a starting point to explore the island. A car or bicycle is required to get around. On Friday and Saturday live music in the bar, but generally a quiet place, good for relaxation. Room are nice and beds are comfortable. We had a good sleep there.

The spa area needs refreshing and more attention to cleanliness, especially jacuzzi, so unfortunately we didn't use it :(.

The Duplex accommodation and the relative few rooms.

Felt grubby. Needed a good clean. Jacuzzi smelt. Breakfast okay but any other dining below average and overpriced. Attended an evening entertainment on New Years Eve which frankly was the worst we had ever experienced.

I found only one negative note, the damp stain in the room. It didn't bother me, but very bad to see in a Hotel Surely they have already arranged to fix it The rest all beautiful

it was a terrible place my room leaked all night and soaked my bed i no it was bad rain but no one else had the promblem as i asked around and it was full of ants

Good things were the swimming pool and the breakfast

Firstly the staff were very rude.. Whenever we were trying to ask something they were very rude and impolite... Internet was not working at the common places for example breakfast, swimming pool and when we asked about this they were telling us that they were expecting the technician.. 4 days nothing happened. In the rooms poor wifi coverage... Shampoo and body wash only a small tester for FOUR DAYS.. we asked for more but they didn't provide.. In one of the rooms there were hair in the bathroom on the first day...

Spacious room/studio. It was nice having a television in the living room and one in the bedroom. There was a mini bar that is not overpriced though we didn’t consume any. The pool is nice and big and there were plenty of sun- and poolbeds. There are many parking spaces in front of the hotel and we were able to park our rental car every night, without any parking fees. The hotel has a small shop right next to the front desk which is open 24/7 (I got to buy ice cream at 2am it was awsome!) The staff were so friendly and helpful and they made our stay better! The hotel was a 4-5 min drive away from Maspalomas and an easy access to Playa del Ingès (15 min) and Puerto de Mogan (25 min).

Too bad there were only 2 English language tv channels and no option to connect the tv’s with my own Netflix account, despite being smart tv’s. The breakfast buffet was okay (there was an egg station!) but most flavors were not to my liking, I hid a miss on that one. The room/studio looked so much nicer on the images but irl it look a bit old and not that fancy. Though the beds were comfy, they were on wheels so it was hard sitting up straight without rolling away from the headboard (one wheel lock can’t stop the bed from rolling). The bathroom felt a bit cramped (and I am a short person of 1.55m/ 5”1) so know that you can hit your elbow to the doorway multiple times, like I did. The hotel slippers are upon request and not always available. One of my hotel requirements are the slippers, I always double check on their website if they have and I apparently I was lucky. An iron with board were also upon request but the ones I got looked old with chewing gum remains on it (?) so I used a towel to prevent any damaged to my clothes. Most disappointing was the cockroach in our studio, which I took care of myself. Perhaps it common in the area but I saw only one during our 4 night stay. To us, this felt more like a 3-star hotel.
