Excellent location. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. The flat was lovely and bright and Netflix was a bonus. Everything was modern and very new. It was wonderful to have things like coffee pods, cleaning products and tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher provided...thanks. Everything was nice and clean and the whole place smelt lovely. The shower was excellent. We were sad to leave.

Missed having a bidet or water hose for the toilet. The disposal of rubbish system was very unfair, in practice it is the cleaner job to dispose of rubbish not the guests! As listed there is no lift so be aware that the stairs are quite narrow and a bit steep.

Omg! This was an amazing apartment! in the heart of the city, close to everything. There were everything for the comfortable staying, including washing machine and dishwasher. Many thanks for that.

Beautiful spot with amazing view. Centric. Great terrace at the rooftop. Entire apartment very cosy. The only thing I would recommend to families with small children to check on which floor is their apartment, as this is a beautiful old building with no lift and it requires good shape to get on The fourth floor :)

Pictures does not reflect the reality. Quality of the furnitures / elements low budget. Clearly not worse 300 euro per night. Very very load from inside and outside.

The Apartment is of a perfect location (walking distance anywhere you need within the Palma center). It is sparkly clean, carefully furnished with atrention to details and equipped with everything you need. Super friendly, caring and reachable host who even chceck-in during the stay to ensure we’re fine :-) Tea bags, coffee capsules and Cava are nice welcome gifts, which we have very much appreciated.

There is a huge construction going on currently on the opposite building, which is causing big noise in the Apartment (since 7am daily and doesnt seem to be finished any soon). Generally, the Apartment is too noisy, definitely not proofed; one can hear the noise from the street and also from the house itself. Also, when looking for a place which would be suitable also as a working area, this is definitely not.
