Great location, very friendly and helpful staff.

I asked for a quiet room and in fairness it was quiet so I cant really complain on that front...but our one small window opened out onto a small central enclosed section which contained the air con units which was ok but as we were on the second floor of a 7 storey building, I had to lean out of the window, practically on my back to look upwards to see the small square section of sky to see what the weather was like in the morning, so quiet yes but a dark cave too. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, the shower and bathroom were fine, the storage for clothing was completely inadequate though, I stored my clothes on the floor mostly (we were there for a wedding).

Till 1 am very noisy from the restaurants downstairs, cause rooms are above the busy street. But if you are going to stay late then it will be no problem for you.

fantastic location. close to Cathedral, seafront and cafes. Great views from rooftop terrace of Cathedral and sea. Staff-so helpful and friendly and perfect continental breakfasts. Strongly recommended for a short break visiting the Island.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at every opportunity. We arrived earlier than check-in time and they were very kind. There were showers and towels available for early arrivals--very top-notch amenity, as well as luggage storage. The breakfast was wonderful, with good variety of fruits, meats, cheese, coffee, yogurt, breads, also with reasonable hours. The rooftop was one of our favorite spots, with plenty of sun and a majestic view of the bay and the cathedral. The rooftop was open any time so guests could enjoy sunrise as well as the stars.

Everything was outstanding. The only thing that could be better is if the breakfast included boiled eggs.

Very comfortable room with a nice view, excellent A/C, comfy bed. Charming and very helpful multi-lingual staff. Excellent location minutes from almost everything you'd want to see and do in central Palma. Decent breakfast. Good value for what is clearly quite an expensive city (by Spanish standards).

The room was very small, and the en-suite bathroom just a tiny cubbyhole, accessed through an awkward sliding door. Given the location, however, I felt the lack of space was inevitable at this price. Good for two or three nights then, not much more.

Location, location, location! Probably one of the best locations in Palma, considering the price. We where a group of 6, and 2 of our rooms was very good, the third had some problems with the shower and a bit of a mouldy smell. But it`s a nice hotel, with good standards and very friendly staff. Excellent view from the rooftop terrace. If they had made the terrace a bit more cosy this could be a top attraction.
