I must admit I was very disappointed with this place. it stank of cigarettes. it was NOT clean, there where splashes of i don’t know what, on the walls in the kitchen, the tray with cutlery was filled with crumbs. plates and glasses sticky and did not seem cleaned at all. The toilet was about the fall out the wall, there was neither hand soap nor towel to dry your hands. The area was quite shady at night with a lot of sketchy people hanging out around the building.

we arrived late (after 18:00) and we saw there were no toiletries (soap, shampoo), and when we messaged the people to see if they’d provide they never replied. also, the pillows were pretty bad.

The property is ideal for students looking to throw a stag party. That's something the unit above us understood well enough. The building could use some serious renovations or demolition. An option to heat the room would be nice. A usable door knob for people that want to leave the property as soon as possible would be a nice touch. We had to open the window to get out. Tiles that are fixed to the ground, and level is also something I expect at this price point ... Going from the exposition of other places by this org in the hallway, I take it that they buy old unrentable houses, paint them white, and rent them out on booking for a premium. But above all, a host that responds would be better. We asked questions on the heating and such, but got no response. This was not acceptable. We left within 15 minutes to book another hotel (Ibis styles is Real nice in a better location and almost cheaper). We also did not book it through this site, as they keep on helping this kind of scammy places thrive. Never saw my money back.

location was fine and apartment was roomy

Bed was soft and towels and pillows poor quality. Little toilt paper and no soap.

Great location within walking distance of Cathedral and centre of Amiens. Carparking outside the house an absolute bonus. All facilities you could need were available in the apartment and keysafe meant no time constraints. Good value for money

The safe code was wrong, the bedsheets dirty and the internet broken. We left for another hotel and the Owner doesn't want to give us the money back.

it was central and quiet

only two towels and they were not clean. Had to contact Booking.com as the key safe code would not work. They issued a new code and we then gained entry. I was contacted by someone by phone, message and email to ask why at 11:30 on the day of departure we had not left when if fact we had left an hour earlier!!!
