It was just perfect for 6 of us! Very accommodating

We had a blast. Great location to Sea World and restaurants and grocery stores.

From the momemt i booked till before we landed in San Diego Mark was great with communicating. His place was very clean and there was pleanty of room for my large family. It had everythig we needed for a 5 day stay. I strongly recommend this home for a short or evmxtended stay. The location was absolutely perfect. Our son graduated Marine bootcamp and it was so close. Thank you Mark!

Great location, everything we needed was nearby, the house was nice, but the beds were too firm

We stayed here due to a conference and this was the perfect spot! A friendly neighborhood close to downtown Convention Center as well as the beach. Great food spots around. The host was great at communicating and responded in a timely manner.

The location is good although right next to the freeway on ramp so it’s a noisy all the time, but grocery and several very good restaurants are within walking distance. The property itself is spacious well-maintained and clean but you guys need to do some thing about that tv system you’ve got with the little rabbit ear antenna that doesn’t work very well. The biggest problem I have and it was definitely not made clear in the description is the fact that the unit I rented has two flights up on outdoor stairs! Having head both knees and my ankle replaced this caused a lot of pain and I struggled. Had I been informed up front it that the unit I was contracting for was an upstairs unit because the pictures specifically do not show that) I would not have rented this particular property as I spent a lot of time recovering from schlepping heavy bags and groceries up those stairs. The washing machine is also out in the garage and you have to go up and down two flights of stairs to use it. Also the garage for the upstairs unit - 2 cars will not fit in that garage.

This is a great place to stay, close to everything, the property was nice and clean. The owners were great with communication.

Our family stayed here over Christmas weekend, the host was in communication with us up until the day of check-in when they forgot to communicate any of the check-in details. After several in-app messages and calling the number listed (which is for someone who isn't associated with the property anymore), we had to wait over half an hour past check in time while customer service got into contact with the owner for access to the property. The owner offered us nothing in return for this, not even late checkout to make up for the time lost. The property itself was clean and in a convenient location. Hopefully, they will be more on top of reservations and communicating with customers in the future.

We were staying for a wedding at marina village conference center. It close to sea world and the airport. House was nice and quiet. Overall the house was clean.

The property was not ready for us to check in. The linens and bedding are stained and don’t fit properly. The towels are stained as well. The back sitting area is pretty much useless because of the location being so close to a freeway on ramp.

House was nice but only stay one night out of a two night stay. Was fully refunded due to first room to the left when you walk in had a issue that the owner stated he will fix. Which will require the whole house to be tented for a few days to get rid of this issue. Overall the duplex was nice we stayed upstairs and somebody else had rented downstairs so the back yard you will be sharing with someone else. If it wasn’t for that one room with over 50 termites we woke up to this house would be perfect to stay in again. Hopefully more then vinegar and water to wash bugs away to treat home was done this duplex will definitely require to be tented to kill this issue. The owner took responsibility for this and did refund our money back still have to contact VRBO to receive portion of my money from what they got

We received a call 72 hours before we were expected to stay here only to be told that the unit had been booked by four other families for the same week of our stay. Hopefully the family who were able to stay in the unit had a remarkable experience.

Great house with plenty of room. Our group of 10 with age range of 18 mos to 50 years old all had a great time! Perfect location…no more than 15 minutes from Seaworld, beaches, downtown, Midway, and airport! Highly recommend!

My group of 6 went for my son's bootcamp graduation and we were very close the MCRD with lots of places to eat very near us. The shower in the master bath leaked, we called the property manager and he came within 2 hours and fixed it. The only problem I had with our stay involved parking. We rented a Suburban, which did not quite fit in the garage and the manager asked us to park in the driveway rather than leave the garage door open (no house access). Came out 3 hours later to a parking ticket. Apparently the driveway is part of the sidewalk and I obstructed the walkway. This would have been nice to know from the beginning... the remaining 5 days we just parked on the street. If you stay in the downstairs condo you will have room to park in the driveway.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was close to everything we needed and was very comfortable. Mark was quick to communicate with me to answer any of my questions. Would definitely book again if we’re in the area again!
