The location is absolutely fantastic! The owner and staff were very helpful on all aspects and available at all times if needed. There was also AC which was great as it was still quite warm in September. Plenty of room in the apartment which is always nice in a city.

The apartment had not been cleaned when arrived so had to be scarce for a bit and was exhausted from travel. Carrying up the suitcases six flights was a bit rough. This is not a place for older people that is for sure.

Property is located such that many places of attraction can be reached on foot. Lot many restaurants and shops in the street below or the adjoining street made it convenient.

The property could have been kept ready in time for us to check-in as per mentioned hours. The 4 storeys can get tough to reach with luggage, this was well clarified though.

The location was perfect. Right by Piazza Navona, resturaunts and shops right down the blocks. Walking distance to sites. The place was clean and spacious. Perfecto!

Warm welcome on arrival. Central location, very close to cafes, restaurants, shops, taxi rank and wonderful attractions. Aircon, especially as +30 deg C outside! Excellent quality tap water for drinking! Authentic cafe for breakfast, only seconds away.

Being hyper-critical, no sofa with back support for resting after walking all day, there was a large soft stool in the second bedroom. On fourth floor, so +50 steps but OK for us as we like climbing! Limited wardrobe space in single bedroom but lots in second bedroom, did not matter.

Perfect location in the heart of Rome, comfortable beds, spacy rooms, good equipment of kitchen, aircondition.. everything was excellent. We reallly enjoyed our stay 😉

The location could not be better: quite street just few minutes from the main sightseeings, with excellent restaurants and bars nearby. It was clean, comfortable with all needed amenities. Easy and straightforward communication. The host was kind enough to accommodate us earlier.

We were expecting to have a room with two sofas but instead there were two beds, so no real seating area. Not an issue actually as we were not visiting Rome to spend our time in the apartment. Bear in mind there are a lot of narrow stairs and no elevator (of course not expected in such a building) if you are a smoker or have a small kid.

As said in the title, the location could not be better. Just 5 minutes walk from Piazza Navona, everything is within easy walking distance. Two bedrooms, one doublr bed and two single beds were large and comfortable. The beds themselves were very very comfortable! Clean and fresh linen and good sized towels are supplied. The kitchen/dining room is spacious and adequately supplied. Back splash could do with a little freh paint bit hey :) Just one -very little- downside are the stairs. It takes a little fitness workoit to climb to the fourth floor, but nothing too bad. The surrounding streets are pleasent and hold several shops, lots of restaurants and bars. Carrefour Express supermarket at about 50 meters.
