The room was very clean and fresh! The Bed was very comfortable and the restroom had a large shower and large size. Very comfortable room.

The pool felt dirty

The ladies at the front desk (Lexie & Rosa) we’re absolutely phenomenal! They were so sweet & helpful! Room smelt amazing (freshly cleaned) & the breakfast had a GREAT variety! Pool/hot tub were great temperatures & my 7 month old was actually able to get in the pool cause it wasn’t freezing cold! Location was great as well!

Literally my only complaint were the pillows. I didn’t sleep well only because the pillows weren’t comfy at all and they’re tiny.

the property was well kept up and very clean and maintained . the staff was super sweet and well welcomed:)

some of the restroom was a little dirty and right when you came into the room it had a smell but of course the housekeeping helped out . also we were on 3rd floor and we could hear a lot of running around at midnight till 2:45am .

The room was large and had a separate sitting room. The shower was good size. The bed was very comfortable. Good breakfast.

The lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was a bit dim. That needed some improvement. But great otherwise!

Excellent location for house hunting, easy access to downtown area.

Pool not heated, hot tub not working, fridge in room didn’t work, microwave in room didn’t work. More thorough vacuum needed between guests. Found acrylic nails by tub and dried up bugs on back wall. Heard dripping through the night.

I love the oatmeal, Healthier choice; not just carbs. Love the location.

The location was perfect for my purpose, which was to visit family in the area. The breakfast was fine with a good selection of options. The dining area was large, affording plenty of room for guests to find table seating. WiFi signal was strong and the TV equipment was modern, with excellent cable and streaming-service capabilities. I liked having a laundry on the same floor.

The dry bar light in the room remained on 24 hours, with no switch available to turn it off. While the light did not keep me awake, and functioned as a sort of night light, I feel it would have been nice to be able to switch it off. Another minor issue: the fire door at the end of my floor (3rd) was continually propped open over my three-day stay---in spite of my closing it repeatedly to conform with the large instruction printed on the door: "KEEP CLOSED." I don't know if this was a housecleaning practice or possibly venting for a new carpet...but it was annoying to see it open every time I approached it to enter the stairwell. Eventually I gave up closing it and just left it open, because it seemed to me that it was being propped open by staff for some reason. Nevertheless, I felt uncomfortable about leaving it open.
