Alex at the front desk was personable and helpful. Breakfast hours to 10 is a good policy.
Billing/pre-payment was not clear from Booking.com and I was initially double billed by Hampton inn.

Shower wall had some dark spots n night
Staff couldn’t find bathroom tissue to give us

The AC could not keep the room cool until late night. It was a hot day, and the unit couldn't keep up

The location was convenient. Close to shopping and restaurants. For our travel, it was close to family that we were visiting.
This location was dirtier to me than other Hamptons that we have stayed. Even family that met us there commented on the appearance of the place. Not the worst place, but it needs some improvements.

Food was microwaved and a poor selection of choices for the price you pay. They were out of juices and we had to ask them to make more coffee every time.
We were asked if we wanted housekeeping, which we did and they never came to the room. My husband had to ask for extra towels and for trash bags.

Nice large suite with a jacuzzi tub was a very good value.
The suite had not been cleaned and we checked in around 8PM.. Plenty of time to attend to a specially reserved suite when check out time is 11AM and sanitation should be a top priority considering the pandemic.

Location was excellent and the king suite was very spacious. Bed was clean and comfortable.
I booked through booking.com and paid at time of booking thru the website. When I checked in at Hampton they asked for a credit card for incidentals and actually charged my card for the full night a second time.

Thermostat did not work right

Location good. Breakfast good. Staff friendly.
Toilet in room would not stop running. Did not affect sleep as just shut the bathroom door. Did a pre check-in on line with requested room number and confirmed as advertised in app. Hotel assigned different room with no prior notification so that if the digital entry did work, would not have been going to correct room. Staff had no knowledge of pre check-in.

I know it wasn’t their fault but they turn water off for a leak and we couldn’t shower or flush the toilet and it was a bit pricey
