Rafael, the owner, is a very kind and helpful individual. He helped us when we were lost in Guadalupe and couldn't find the place. He personally walked to our car to meet us and helped us find his place. He was very personable and willing to go the extra mile to help us locate a way to get cash in his small town, organized our tours, brought coffee in the morning, and even explained the intricacies of breeding cattle. The views are incredible. You are surrounded by green mountains and valleys and close to Las Gachas, waterfalls, rivers, caves and nature. It is a wonderful place to enjoy the beauty of nature.

The construction in town made it hard to locate the hotel and the address on Google maps is not accurate.

Rafael was an amazing host- very attentive and new the village very well. Hostel was in a lovely quiet location. Staff very attentive and wanting to help with any questions we had. Would 100% recommend.

Beautiful location and lovely, spotlessly clean room. Our host Rafael was very attentive and helpful despite us not speaking any Spanish, and he organised a walking trip for us with a local guide called Francisco who showed us around waterfalls and the gorgeous countryside - a very nice day out. Food was tasty and freshly prepared. Gardens and surrounding countryside buzzing with life: we saw a hummingbird and many other colourful birds straight from the veranda! Recommended. Amazing place! Mr Rafael is a super host, he took care of us and helped with any doubt we had, the breakfast is so tasty. Definitely I’d stay here again

Rafael is extremely nice and welcoming, willing to help you with whatever you need. The location is great, with a beautiful view on the village of Guadalupe and the surroundings. A very relaxing place, and definitely the place where to stay if you're going to Guadalupe ! I can only recommend.

Rural location, next to a nice scenic views of the nearby hills, tranquil space close to town and local natural attractions.

Room booked for 3 people, didn't quite like the confort of the sofa-bed. Breakfast was good but repeated menu for two days straight, could spice up a bit the breakfast ingredients.
