This house had lots of space for our family group of 13. There was plenty of place to sleep and hang out. The back yard was beautiful, we enjoyed having morning coffee and evening drinks on the patio.

Very comfortable for two families. There is a lot of room to spread out, and a complete separate apartment in the basement. Robert was readily available for communication.

We can not say enough nice things about this rental! We were a family of 10 staying here for the Air force Academy's graduation week. The home is located in a pleasant neighborhood with a great park at the bottom of the hill. The house itself was very clean, organized and plenty roomy for all of us. Everything we could have needed was provided even coffee products. We would definitely recommend this house without reservation. (Our grandchildren would say it is the best house for playing hide and seek!)

We enjoyed staying at this property. There were only 7 of us but it definitely would accomodate 14 people. The location is perfect for all of the Colorado Springs attractions. The dining room table is large enough to accommodate 8 people so I would suggest having a couple of folding chairs. We pulled up the desk chair so all 7 of us were able to eat together. We would definitely reccomend this home to family and friends. The home is very inviting. Staying here made our family feel very comfortable traveling during the 2020 Covid 19 Pandemic.

As always pleasure doing business with Robert and all his properties. We have been renting these houses for a month straight.

The house is very spacious, well equipped. Loved the deep tub in the master bathroom! The owner provides certain little things that are just nice, such as toiletries, cards and jigsaw puzzles. We did both jigsaw puzzles! The desk area off the formal living room/dining room is a nice touch. I liked having a 2 car garage for the vehicles, which fit a Suburban and SUV Subaru. Quiet neighborhood. But, Montarbor is a bit of a busy street. The washer/dryer in the house are terrific! I appreciate the owner supplying laundry detergent, etc.

Very easy to check in and out. Manager was very quick in responding to report of potential problem with a jiggly wall. Some minor issue with a shower curtain rod on the last night(fell down during night and we were unable to get it to stay up) and the garage door would only open and had to be closed manually.

Beautiful house. Excellent location. Good neighborhood. All my children and grandchildren stayed here for a week. We were very comfortable, 8 adults and 5 children. Great value for the money. Manager, Robert, was very easy to work with.

We are members of the Chicago Fire Dept Bagpipe band and we came in for the International Fallen Firefighters Memorial. This house was perfect for us. Everything was easy from beginning to end. The owner kept in contact with us and the house was beautiful and in top condition. Everything that was stated was true. We were very happy with the whole experience.

Beautiful house, plenty of space . Great time

It was a very clean property which was a major plus and located centrally. The décor was very outdated and my chief complaint is the very small master bed. I don't even think it was queen sized despite there being ample space for a king bed. My husband slept on the couch for that reason most nights and the night he slept with me, the bed was so tiny that neither of us could lay flat next to each other. I have a small frame and his is medium. The master bedroom has poor air circulation so it remained fairly warm and therefore, hard to sleep. The master bath was very large with dual sinks though you could not shut the room because it's open to the master. Therefore, dressing while your spouse sleeps is impossible. The floor plan is only partially open so the space seemed limited despite the square footage. Other than that, the unit was fairly well supplied, organized and in a good neighborhood. At least one or two of the other bedrooms could use twin beds for more flexibility. We would not rent this unit again until or unless there was a bed upgrade.

My family consisting of 16 adults and children rented the entire home for four days in July. We had plenty of space and enjoyed our stay. The facility was very clean and neat; I would recommend it to anyone.

Very nice, plenty of room for all seven of us. Plenty of seating in den and in dining room table. Bedrooms spacious, with master having large separate bath. Very close to food stores. Quiet and secure neighborhood. About ten minutes to Garden of the Gods or Air Force Acadamy and 45 minutes to an hour to Royal Gorge Suspension Bridge. Hope to come back again soon. The Aspen, plus the downstairs apartment, provided more than enough space and amenities to make our stay very enjoyable. The location was perfect providing easy access to the natural beauty of the Colorado Springs area. Our family enjoyed our time together in a very comfortable setting.

Our family of eight thoroughly enjoyed this HomeAway home! It was clean, the neighborhood was nice and safe with a park in walking distance. Every morning we would walk/run through the neighborhood. Our days were filled with the many nearby attractions: Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Coors Field, and the Royal Gorge. This was our third time to stay in a HomeAway home and probably my favorite of them all. My only recommendation would be to bring a couple of fans since two of the bedrooms didn’t have ceiling fans. If you happen to be in the Colorado Springs area, I definitely recommend this home!!!

It was perfect for a large family

This is the second time we stayed at this house. We had several guests since it was AFA graduation week and it was plenty of room for everyone. The house has everything needed to cook meals at home. The location is great as its close to all the stores...Costco,Sams Club, Trader Joe's,Sprouts, Walmart. It is also a quick drive to the academy. If you have a larger family, this house is a great option. I hope we have the opportunity to come back to Colorado Springs. We would not hesitate to rent this house again.

Clean and spacious. Centrally located and convenient.

We used the property to host friends from around the world coming to town for a retirement party. It was very convenient to the airport and to key locations. We were able to rent the extra basement apartment for the two nights that the most people were attending. We enjoyed the property immensely. It allowed excellent socializing and sleeping arrangements. We would stay here again for a similar event.

We traveled with another family for vacation and the home was so spacious we were all able to retreat to serenity after each day outting. It was such a beatiful home and we absolutely loved staying there.
