Very relaxing in a beautiful setting!

Me, my wife and son and shih Tzu zoey stayed here for 3 days and loved it! We are not even people who do activities on the lake but the house was perfect. The space was great, it was super clean, loved being able to watch college football on TV, it was super quiet, and Judy the manager was awesome! This town as new to us and different from what we are used to so it was great the house was comfortable and Osage Beach was great as well! Matt and Judy both were great and I would definitely stay here again! Thank you both again for all you do!

Wonderful stay in every way possible! We thoroughly enjoyed and had a great time. Great communication, clean and lovely.

Had a lot of fun. Found a couple of quiet coves to waterski in during the week. Very relaxing.

Super quiet location with a pretty view of the peaceful cove. We had great communication with the owner and his on-site manager. The on-site boat ramp and trailer storage was so nice!

Matt is an amazing host! Super clean house, everything you would need. Boat ramp isn’t for rookies, but if you take your time and have spotters, it’s very doable. But also one of the main reasons we rented. 10/10 Matt, keep up the good work. See you again this summer!

Matt was great to communicate with and Judy the manager was the best! We came for a fishing tournament and the owner and manager were so helpful with parking and the boat. The house was very clean. The deck and porch would have been great if our weather was better. Our group would definitely stay again!

This is a nice little house tucked in a neighborhood with a nice view of the cove. The house was extremely clean and the check in process was as good as it gets. I would recommend this property

Overall I was satisfied. Property manager was very accommodating. Only bad thing was the lack of AC (assume it was broken) and no communication about that prior to our arrival.

The space was perfect for a family of 5 to spread out for the week. The outdoor furniture was great! The cove was perfect for swimming at the dock daily. The grill tank was full and we had everything we needed for a great week. Thanks!

Judy on site help and Matt were available for anything we needed. Location is top notch. A few glitches while we were there but everything was handled promptly and efficiently as it could be. Overall, we would love to stay here again!

The property suited our needs as a family of four who wanted to spend the majority of time on the water. Boat slip and dock were a great convenience. House is centrally located in a cove with easy access to everything. Pictures are a little deceiving, there is no beach, the area in front of the house is a concrete boat ramp. Owner barged into the property without us answering the door, just used the door code and entered (to “check on something”). I’m pretty sure the something they wanted to check on was us. There was a halfway finished construction project going on which was not disclosed until a couple hours before check-in. The best part of the property is the upper level deck that overlooks the docks and lake. The house was clean and had the basics that were needed.

Can’t say enough good things about this property. House was so cute, comfortable and well stocked. Perfect location way back in a cove which worked well for our two powerboats. Spend a good amount of time floating off the dock chatting with neighbors and really enjoyed ourselves. Host was very friendly and responsive. We will absolutely be back to rent this house again!

The photos of the property are not all of this property, sandy beach pictures have never been of this property, the boat ramp is nearly impossible to back into which should be stated before you drive down the “S” drive which is a extreme slope with your boat in tow. You then MUST back back up and out 100 yards. Everything is in disrepair, and is in some sort of poor quality in progress work being done by questionable individuals. We’ve booke several othe vacation properties and they all have exceeded our expectations, this one was not even close and not worth the money. Judy the cleaning lady was the one that really help get needed information and guidance through this disappointment. She did the best she could with what she had to work with.

This was a great place to take my family for a trip to the lake. Matt was awesome and made sure we had anything we needed to make the most of our time there. Definitely recommend👍🏻👍🏻

This was a perfect getaway for a long weekend for our family and dog. House was spotless and had everything we needed. Kids and husband fished off the dock but water too cold for swimming as it was early spring. Easy and scenic walk to Dog Days restaurant and easy drive to Stark Caverns, HaHa Tonka state park and only minutes from indoor water park at Maragitaville. Laundry, dishwasher, etc all worked well. Shower had great pressure and beds comfortable. Host was easy to work with. Will hope to come back again soon!!

Great location, clean and a great house for a fun getaway.

We arrived during the evening; check in was easy because everything was done by communication with the homeowner. The location of the house is great - right on the lake, and it is quiet, which is what we love. The property is clean, there were more than enough towels (we have three daughters, so you can imagine the number of bath towels we need when we stay anywhere!), and the kitchen was really well stocked, too, as far as utensils, dishes, dish towels, etc. The only thing that was different on the listing is the bed in the main bedroom is listed as a king size, but it is a queen. No complaints at all about this property - Matt was easy to work with and we would definitely rent from him again! 10/10 would stay here again!

We so enjoyed our stay! The property was just as described, if not better. Completely new inside and exceptional outdoor deck/yard/lake space. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the cookware, tools and accessories that we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner! We also loved the showers, water pressure and hot water - nice! Matt and the nearby property assistant were proactively helpful before and during our stay. The location couldn't be anymore convenient, so close to everything in Osage Beach. We did want to mention that the toilet flusher in the lower basement needs repair. We were able to flush manually but needs a new ball & chain. Also for cold weather stays like ours, the lower level gets pretty chilly. Great that there were extra blankets, but may want to have a space heater available down there as well. Would love to return to this property again - especially in the summer to get more enjoyment outside! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and helping make our Thanksgiving so memorable. Great location and nice property.

Awesome experience here, great for a moderate sized gathering!

The property manager was very helpful when problems arose, and they did. Upon arrival we had only one kitchen sink (the other clogged), no dishwasher (having to hand wash dishes in one sink), no garbage disposal which led to overflowing garbage bins outside (which animals got into scattering all over and smelled soooo horrible we couldn't sit outside on the deck for 2 days). When we finally got rid of the garbage smell, then we had an infestation of ants on the deck furniture restricting us from having a meal out there. The lakehouse is tired and needs some attention by Matt immediately. It was nice to have some water toys for the grandkids. Location is nice for having dogs be able to swim!

This property is nestled away really close to the water. You get to enjoy walking down to the lake without walking down 5000 steps. It is really nice

Matt your house was awesome! Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Thank you for letting kids use kayaks and paddle board. I can say fun was had by all! House is right on water in a quiet cove. Great location! Covered double deck was wonderful when we had some rain which did not dampen our fun. We will definately be back to rent this house and another larger home next door so our whole group can be within walking distance to each other. Your mom and Judy were both lovely and helpful. Hope to see you next year.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed in! Extremely clean! Extremely easy to find! Everything was right within 10 minutes! perfect for a bachelor or bachelorette trip! would recommend to anyone and will definitely be going back
