room was comfortable and clean..desk was friendly

tv didn't work..maintenance came brought a different remote to get it working and took it with him...it never did work. There was no maid service during the two days there. This may sound trivial but somthing I judge a hotel on...the toilet paper was cheap thin tissue. Advertised complimentary breakfast...nope.

Room was large, comfortable, and inviting.

Clunky housekeeping arrangement requires you to tell them the day before. Was not aware of that until I asked for service around 10 the next morning. Only hotel I’ve had to do that.

The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy which is important when you have a long hard day at work.

I don't have anything that I dislike

The Hotel is new, clean and good rooms for the price. Staff was friendly. Great location about 10 mins from Carowinds Theme Park and a 5 minute drive to Fort Mill Village Square. Lots of restaurants there.

Loud AC unit in the room where our kids slept on the pull out sofa. The air was blowing on their faces and they did not sleep well. Our room was next to the pool and people were out late talking loud, so be aware of that.

The staff is super friendly every time we stay

The price I paid this time was significantly higher than previous stays. On Booking it was at $119 then switched to $168.

I liked that the beds were comfy and clean. I also liked that the floors were not carpeted. The towels were of good quality as well.

I think they need more parking.
