Nice people, nice room and overall a good experience

Everything was great. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly.

We have stayed in the past and it was not as nice as it had been in the past. Limited desk staff and no cleaning of a room in 4 days. Sad that rates are much higher than they were in the past and less service.

Love that there is a refrigerator with enough space to actually put something in it. And the microwave to reheat your leftovers. The look of the rooms is very homey!

Sleep is tough here b/c you can hear every step the people above you takes, guest services are unavailable at 3am when you are constantly being woken up by the apparent body slamming going on above you, and the water pressure is poor. Breakfast terrible.

9am my husband and I are in there without any clothes on, only for housekeeping to walk in on us.

The first night loud music from 2:00am until 8:30am (Friday). Monday morning the guest above us was running, stomping back and forth starting around 5, it was soooo loud. We complained but nothing happened we just got dressed and checked out.

The staff was very friendly. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It was nice being able to grab an apple and bottled water and coffee on our way out because we couldn't stay for breakfast.

The area is nice and quiet a short walk to shopping area and places to eat.. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

The room was great, very clean, no noise from outside , a night light in the washroom would be nice. Air conditioning in room a bit noisy.The coffee downstairs could be a lot better

Very nice hotel that is quite new and has very comfortable rooms.

The hotel was very functional having the amenities of the kitchen within the room. The gym space was nice, but lacked any cleaning material within the room for the equipment after use. The pool was nice to use the beginning of the week, but the water quality seemed to change as the week went on making it appear questionable to swim in for small kids. Additionally, it was not communicated at check-in that house keeping needed to be requested. We only had one visit after request during our 5 night stay. I would have appreciated every other day service as stated within the rooms, or known at check-in that this had to be requested. Overall - the experience was good. The breakfast in the morning was very helpful with small children and there were many options. The staff was all exceptionally pleasant and accommodating.

This was a great hotel for our family. We were visiting friends in Rock Hill. The staff was soooo friendly. The area was very nice. The only issue was the overwhelming chemicals from the chlorine from the poor. Our boys couldn't really enjoy.

Loved the stay here. Very pet friendly. Staff was awesome. Room was fantastic. We loved everything about it would highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay again. Thank you to all the staff for all their hard work in keeping this hotel in such great condition.
