The apartment was just too small for us. We did ask that the owner confirm there was 2 bedrooms, one with a single bed in but we ended up with a bunk bed - not ideal for a fully grown adult!

Myself and three daughters arrived before the official check-in time. Our host and staff allowed us to leave our hand luggage in the apartment even though we were very early. This was an awesome gesture and allowed us to tour Dieppe freely and uninhibited by luggage.
That special touch was a great start to our stay over. Thanks Thomas !

Location good and renovation nice
Some doubts about safety. Cigarette smoke gets in the rooms from another apartment, bathroom vents into kitchen and I didn't see fire emergency information.

Location is brilliant. Next to a boulangerie, very close to the market and shops in the main pedestrian street. A variety of good restaurants nearby. Very close to the pebble beach and promenade. The flat was on the first floor, very clean, with a well equipped kitchen and an excellent shower in the bathroom.
Like a lot of old French houses, access when you open the front door does not look glamourous: it is through a small passage that looks a bit dark and dingy initially but OK as soon as you turn on the light.

The lady on reception, was exceptional, booking taxis and serving us tea.

The location was the only positive thing about it to be honest…
the outside looks disgusting and pretty sketchy. the inside is a bit better but not great. the owner doesn’t speak any english which is pretty annoying.

Felt it was expensive for what it was. A relatively small space for potentially 4 people (we were only 3). Not suitable for anyone with accessibility issues (third floor up steep narrow stair case)

The bunk beds were a bit of a stretch in the « second » bedroom but understandable and worth the effort. Overall an excellent stay and worth every euro cent.
