Locatia este buna desi ca sa ajungem soseaua era in constructie cu numeroase gropi ; camerele curate , totul aproape nou paturile mici lasa de dorit

In primul rand pretul exagerat pentru parcare , care costa 8euro/zi si este afara pe pamant printre buruieni cand te urci in masina ai murdarit tot interiorul; a doua teapa mica este ca pe site scrie ca ceck in se face la ora 14.00 asa ca nu poti lua masa de pranz pe care ai platito deja ca s-a terminat dupa ce faci tu ceck in-ul - figura este ca dupa ce am reclamat asta la receptie la venire m-au bombardat cu mesaje pe booking de genul ca intru cu masa de pranz si ies cu micul dejun ( corect era sa fie informatia clara pe booking -eu nu am gasito); a treia teapa este cu spa-ul care pe booking scrie ca il ai inclus dar nu scrie ca trebuie sa vii cu halatul tau de acasa ca altfel platesti la receptie pentru el. Acestea sunt informatii pe care cred ca trebuie sa le stie clar orice are de gand sa se cazeze la acest hotel. Si termin cu mancare care desi este din abundenta este destul de slaba calitativ ( eu personal in trei zile all inclusiv nu am gustat o bucatica de friptura ) in comparatie cu Kranevo si Nisipuri aici chiar este slaba mancarea .Eu personal nu cred sa mai revin in viata asta prin Kavarna. O tepa este suficienta

Прекрасен хотел , невероятна локация,страхотна ,качествена ,вкусна и разнообразна храна, чисти и приятни стаи. Изключително любезен и отзивчив персонал! Чистота и уют навсякъде!

The resort was very confortable. The rooms were clean and they were cleaned daily by personnel, who were also changing the towels and bedsheets. Food was amazing, with different menus everyday, although they don't have a lot of vegan options (for example vegan milk for coffee), but it wasn't a big deal. The staff was friendly and well trained, especially Bojan from the lobby bar. The beach is an artificial one (because there is also a harbor nearby) so the water wasn't always very clear. You can find a natural beach (a wild one) not very far from there which was amazing!! There are also some souvenir shops in the hotel and around it, but you need to have mostly leva in cash. If you have a car there is a free parking 5 minutes away from the hotel and another one where you have to pay near the reception entrance.

They should pay more attention to the 'leave the towel on the sunbed so that no one would take it' unwritten law for the beach because not everyone likes it.

Facilities, the room with the view, the personal very friendly, the food was pretty good.

At the spa services, they didnt have any discount for persons with disability They had wine only in the restaurant during the meal. They didn t have alcoolic drinks on the beach bar (except beer) They didnt have any entertainment during the week

We had bad luck with the weather, but the hotel had indoor pool.

the food was very good all day long, and also the placement of the hotel, right on the shore of the beach. there were snacks through the day if you missed lunch.

although the room was big and spacious, the placement of the beds wasn't the best, they were facing away from the tv, we had to turn the beds around so that we could watch tv.

Decent, clean hotel with friendly staff and generous meals. I will definitely be back.

- The proximity to the sea - The room was nice, large and had a nice view, even if it was one with a partial sea view - Towels were changed whenever we needed it - Food was good and varied

- Being on the top floor, the toilet was making some weird noise from time to time - The room could have been cleaned a little bit better before check-in (spider webs, spider at the windows, windows should be wipped better)

- The sea is after a 1 meter down concrete wall so the hotel’s beach is not entering slowly into the water. For this you need to go by foot a few hundred meters into another area to find a proper beach but that is not free anymore. - They have strange rules about bars: for example the beach bar doesn’t have or even sell wine. They gave only beer and light drinks. So, for a glass of wine on the hotel’s beach you need to go all the way up to the hotel’s restaurant where you can serve yourself with wine. Same goes with other longdrinks/spirits. - Ugly surroundings of the property, deserted buildings/properties left in disgrace nearby and all over the area.

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Food was plentyful with a wide range of dishes to choose from.

Sadly, we found the range of hot dishes, were either luke warm or cold.

The versatility was great the hotel was exceptionally clean the staff was very helpful the food was very good

Even though the food was good it was cold if you had a english breakfast that was cold even the chips were cold every meal we had was cold or Luke warm they had them in containers but they didn't keep them warm In England we eat our meals hot There was plenty to eat but I'm afraid that's put me off staying there again

It is stated as ALL INCLUSIVE but we had to pay water consumed in room from minibar. All other 4 stars hotels provided free water in rooms

Hotel violates the non-smoking law in Bulgaria. They don't have smoking rooms (according to information on booking.com), but they put ashtray on the tables at the room's balcony, explaining that balcony is not part of the room, which is ridiculous and architecturally it is part of the room They have smoking part of restaurant where guests smoke even with closed windows which is absolute violation. Their manager Irina Shishkova interpretes the law as she wants and when I asked to move my room neighbour who heavily smoked, she offered ME to move with 2-year old baby to another room, so she officially took the side of the smoker and did not admit breaking the non-smoking law. Second problem is cleaning, it is on a very poor level, and towels and all facilities were taken away once dirty or used, but were not changed for new ones) So there was a need to go to reception to ask for toilet paper, and the rest. Not a 4-star hotel level...

The hotel was very nice, the staff very friendly. Clean rooms, good food. Very nice interior swimming pool!

Very slow elevator, it even broke down a couple of times. The beach in front of the hotel has a very abrupt entrance into the sea, some sort of fence would be useful, especially since there are a lot of children.

Unfortunately lifts are a little small for the size of the premises but didn't spoil our stay

Not clean. Not secure. The all inclusive drinks are almost Not drinkable. At the hotel beach front you can't access the sea. Deserted horror restaurant just near. Nothing to around..

Not very clean, acces to the sea is via very slippery stairs, nearby buldings are in ruin, small beach, a lot of noise from guests and staff specially in the morning, no mosquito net, the coffee isn't good at all, sunbeds and umbrella were included but we had to pay extra for the beach towels

Quality food, premium rooms, cleanliness

Sometimes there is a very bad smell from the drains in the bathroom...no matter how well cleaned the room was. Cleaning personnel is definitely not guilty of that. But after leaving everything open while not in the room, it was all good.

even if I had some worries after reading all the reviews, we all accepted the experience. But, I have to tell you that we had a great time, the room, bathroom and balcony very spacious, clean, the bed and pillows where extremely comfortable. The staff where very kind and helpful, the food was great and diverse for everyone’s taste.

the 2 elevators that are not enough for a big hotel, the waiting time is annoying. the interior pool, had a hot temperature that you could barely breathe, I couldn’t stay there more than 10 min.
