Nice place, swimming pool for kids was amazing. View from the balcony was nice too.

Lack of a vacuum cleaner so that I could vacuum the floors after coming from the beach. We found sand on the floors in some areas and would have been nice to wipe it off, as we like to go bare-feet in the house, especially on wood floors with no carpets, like is the case here.

The towels and the sheets were clean. Everything else was dirty or stained. The location is near the beach and nearby are two good restaurants.

1. The internet connection was not working. We arrive on Sunday and the host told us the she will call the provider and let us know. Until Tuesday when we check out we didn’t get any response, update or internet connection. 2. The air conditioner is in the living room. That means that it can’t reach the two bedrooms. 3. On the balcony some birds are having a nest so except their poop on the table and on the floor. It was there when we arrived. 4. You can park inside, the assistant told us that we can park anywhere and we don’t need a parking card, but after that, the receptionist from Apartment hills explained us that the space that we choose is occupied and we need a parking pass because the parking barrier was down and we can’t enter.

You draw your own conclusions, the cleaning service (towel change, paper, etc...) had to be paid extra, the handing over of the room between 08.00 and 10.00 and it seemed absurd to me. Total disinterest in customers at this unwelcoming host Mr. Dimitar. But also at I have been to this location before, but with another owner, Mr. Vera, things were different, I had all the comfort and all the competition of the day. I specify that I did not know that there were several owners of the location. At Mr. Dimitar's is the first and last time when I make a reservation. Please respectfully specify with which owners the reservations are made in order to avoid the unpleasant situations mentioned above. Sincerely, Turcu Mihail Cristo

The property manager Dimitar was super helpful - picked us up from the bus station, we could check in earlier, gave us good tips about all our questions.

The swimming pool could use more chlorine.

The view was great; the apartment no 9 was very big, with 3 balconies; great value for the money paid

The curtains were broken in one room and the couch mattress in the living room was stained

Great location for family with older kids not easy for prams(up bank getting back to hotel from the beach) apparently we didn’t get parking space once the barrier was down. Beach umbrella got missing from community area

It was dirty all the apartament by the time we arrived in the night. In order to stay there and feel confortable, the next morning we went in Balchik to buy cleaning products to clean the entire apartament. All the floor was sticky, and the water in the bucket was brown to black. We had a lot of bugs in every room. Dust everywhere, the curtains of the windows were full of dirty spots. Some of the sheets were also dirty. The bathrooms were also dirty. We didn’t find a single cleaning product in the whole apartment. And the big bonus was with the parking. We didn’t know about the safety barrier that opens in the morning at 8 o’clock and closes at 6 in the afternoon, so we had to park the cars on the street because nobody was there to open the barrier. We really had an awfull time there and for so many reasons we won’t come back and would not recommend this to anyone. Ever.
