My husband and I traveled with our college age daughters and their boyfriends. Booked a 4 bed, 4 bathroom condo so that we would all have room/privacy but could hang out, cook and play games together. The condo was in perfect/clean condition, the management responsiveness to questions, etc was amazing! We loved having the waterview and the walkability of Key West - highly recommend!

The kitchen was a dream with top of the line appliances; it only lacked a colander. My only suggestion, other than adding a colander to the kitchen, would be to add hooks or clothes hanging posts on the walls of the two bedrooms which didn't have closets. We all had very positive vibes about Bayview North and all of us would certainly recommend it.

We were four couples, all retirees, well almost all. One hanger owner still working. The unit was furnished and decorated with newer furnishings. We had one issue with a dining chair and the staff sent someone to correct it within 20 minutes of our calling. There was adequate living space to accommodate everyone and each couple had their own private (and spacious ply sized) bath with a shower. Plenty of parking, and if you’re concerned about lugging bags to an upper floor unit, don’t be, there is a lift. WE’LL BE BACK!!!

We arrived an hour prior to check-in and were given access to the apartment. Although not located in the old town, the condo is only a 10-15 min walk to the middle of town. As a result of the location, the condo was quiet at night with the exception of the ever present crowing roosters which has infested the entire city. All of the staff I spoke with during my stay were extremely, courteous and helpful. One even arranged for bike rentals to be dropped off at the condo. The apartment was very clean, supplied with all the kitchen basics and surprisingly, laundry detergent for the free washing machine.

There was adequate parking, a nice common area on the second floor over-looking the marina. Old Key West was a short 5 minute drive.The pool was small, cozy and plenty of deck area for lounges.

The most significant annoyance was the king bed. The bed slept very hot and creaked with movement or getting in and out. Quite possibly the loudest creaking I have ever experienced. Getting in and out would certainly wake your partner. This was annoying enough that I would consider another property. Not having the leaf blowing guy out working at 8am while on vacation might be another recommendation for improvement, but these things happen.

I will say we had a miscommunication on bed set up, twin vs king in another bedroom and management corrected for us, and that was much appreciated.

Perfect home base for a group of 5 adults. Wonderful for each room to have a bathroom. Private pool for complex was awesome and views were beautiful. Would stay again!

Clean and modern 4BR 4BA property. Small group pool. Coin laundry located a couple of doors over from our rental. Away from the Old Town but close to the airport. Located on the top floor. Elevator was slow and got stuck on us once. I needed to call a couple of different times to get a pack and play. It would be helpful to have a highchair or booster seat available for younger children. Also, we never realized that there were games in the living room cabinet until the last day. It would be helpful to let people know they were there. Thankful for the 24-hour number to get a few needed items. Thanks for a good week.
