The Condo Association was quiet and very clean. A lot of amenities, like laundry room (free), pool, large gas grills, parking, powerful AC (a must have in Key West!). A great community area on the roof where you can relax with an ice machine and couches/chairs. and Easy check-in and Check-out.Each room had a bathroom/shower with good hot water and pressure. Each room also contained a wall mounted smart-television. The bedding was fresh and comfortable. The unit had plenty of living space with a large open concept kitchen/dining area/living room. Large refrigerator, coffee machine combo k-cup/drip. You’ll need to pick up your own k-cups/coffee. A large convenience store chain about 2 miles up the road, Deval Street is about 1 mile the other direction. We walked it the first early morning, without effort, but by mid-morning: Key West is very hot and humid, you will notwant to walk anywhere :). I would recommend a rental car or there are a lot of places to rent scooters, golf carts, bicycles etc. My last piece of general advice if you are still planning your trip—if you are a drinker you will enjoy Key West, but it isn’t ideal for non-drinkers. I would definitely recommend this location, much more relaxing and less expensive than anything near Deval St.If I go again, I will definitely choose this property.

We had a great stay at Upper Sunset North. The home was very clean and had plenty of space for 4 couples. The twin beds were converted to kings at our request. The home was well stocked and the laundry room across the hall was very convenient. The pool area is right on the marina and had plenty of loungers and chairs. It was about a 1 mile walk to Duvall street or an Uber ride was only $10 and very quick to arrive.There were also several restaurants with in a short walk. The property manager was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again

Everything about the process was easy and the communication through the app was awesome! The location was great. Some of us walked into town every day while others took a quick Uber. Everything was in good shape. Only drawback was the heater in the pool made it uncomfortable when it already felt like 90 outside. The chiller had not been switched on, yet.

Great property if the elevator was working. Had an issue with management as we tried to drop off our bags at their office….no one there! Went back to the condo to wait an hour for 4 o’clock. Otherwise the property itself was excellent .

Seven of us stayed 4 nights for a wedding. The unit and the property and grounds are in perfect condition. The view of the street from our balcony isn't great but there is a nice covered terrace a few steps out our door over the water and the marina. Our unit was essentially new. Very clean, modern and nicely decorated. The kitchen was clean and new, but could be better stocked with cooking utensils, etc. The bedrooms were good sized with nice mattresses and linens. Each bedroom had its own full bath. Only two of the bedrooms had places to hang clothes, but we made due. We were supposed to have 3 kings and one set of twins, but found we had two kings and two twins, but that worked out for us. The TV in the main room would not change channels, and one guest wanted to watch some sports and couldn't. It's about a mile from the downtown area and 1/2 mile to a small grocery, so be prepared to walk a lot or grab an Uber/Lyft. Rideshare services are fast, available in 1 to 2 minutes and inexpensive. A nice place that I would return to.

Nice place for four couples or two families. The location was far enough away from the main shopping areas but still close enough to walk for those in relatively good shape! We had four couples who came together ranging in age from 45-72 and a great time was had by all. We enjoyed hanging outside in the evenings and spent some time in the pool. Overall we had a great time!

Very nice unit in a walkable location. Nice outdoor deck and a heated pool. I would have liked a couple closets in the unit and also some sort of covering/blind in the master shower. We also loved the covered patio and spent a lot of time there. Overall a great unit I would stay at again!

This condo is absolutely beautiful, the common area overlooks the marina. I would definitely stay here again. Also, I love the fact, all of the rooms had a king size bed, after we were notified they could push the beds together.

The property was awesome! We loved the common space in the condo, and the decor was fantastic. The place was very clean and updated. The location was close enough for a short walk or quick Uber down to the "action". We appreciated the beach/pool towels and the laundry soap and detergent that was there to use!
Our only "complaint" of the unit (unit 8) is that the window in the shower was exposed to the neighbors window.
As far as the resort, the pool was just too hot to enjoy. I spoke to a few locals who said there are ways to keep pools cooler in the hot summer months so that might be something to consider, if possible. Also, a few umbrellas at the pool would be helpful to provide some shade.
Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend to others.

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay at the Bayfront Suites! There was PLENTY of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Every bedroom having a bathroom was very, very appreciated by all! It was close to everthing we wanted to do and had plenty of areas to lounge and take in the views! We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

This place was great. The rooms and bathrooms were good size. The property was nice. The pool was a little small but we had no issues with it. My only complaint would be the floors need a good cleaning but overall this was a very nice stay and we would definitely stay again. We also liked that laundry was free to wash and dry.

For a group of 4 different couples, the layout with each room having its own private bathroom was perfect. However, I would love to see some changes/improvements to make it more comfortable. There are no curtains, just blinds, but they do not keep the light out. There are bright lights all around making it too bright in the bedrooms at night. There are only 2 pillows for each bed, we would prefer to see 2 per person, 4 for each bed. The beds were hard, too firm for our liking and only one couple slept well. There aren't any closets in 3 of the four bedrooms and the one room with a closet didn't have a dresser. One room had a wardrobe in which we could hang clothes, but it would be nice to see every room have some way of hanging clothes and a dresser. Other than that the area was a great, nice pool, nice grills, a nice location away from the busy parts of town, awesome community deck with an ice maker. I would stay here again if the rooms could be updated with the recommendation to sleep better.

The property was in an excellent location and was as expected. Our only criticism was the lack of storage space in the bedrooms. There was only 4 men staying at the property so we had a bedroom and bathroom each, but in two bedrooms there was no wardrobe hanging space, and in one bedroom a small wardrobe, but no draws to put clothes. Only one bedroom had both wardrobe and draw space. We managed, just. But we left most of our clothes for our 5 night stay folded in the suitcases. No ideal. Everything else was perfect.

From beginning to end this condo was great! Management was always available (and friendly) when it came to answering questions, giving suggestions when asked and helpful with referrals. The suite looked new, it was well equipped with essentials and all appliances looked new. Definitely a 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ rating from our family!

Multi unit complex with shared pool, dock and deck overlooking the harbor. I bit away from Duval street which isn’t always a bad thing. I highly recommend staying here. Checkout is a little early 10am and they charge you for later checkout is the only thing I wasn’t completely happy with.

Perfect place!
Great place to stay in key west! We had a group of 7 and we loved the fact each room had their own bathroom. It was spacious enough for all of us and also very close to all the places we visited! The condo was very clean and kept nicely, it’s on a beautiful property with gorgeous water views. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit!
