The apartment was in a great location, easy to walk to the centre of Bergen, but also in a quieter part of the city. Was decorated tastefully and the kitchen had everything needed to cook and eat. The pictures are a true representation of the apartment. Entry was via key left in a lock box, information for this was sent out at midday on the day of our arrival along with clear instructions on location etc. We were a family of four who stayed in the 3 bedroom loft apartment and really appreciated the size and space. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area.

The bed is a tight squeeze, in between two walls -not a huge deal, but a difficult bed to make and the beds are not made on arrival.

Great location. Apartment was spacious and bright. Beautifully designed. Instructions were clear so no issues with checking in or out.

When we turned up the beds were not made. We had to make it all. Also removing them when checking out is not convenient.

Was a bit difficult to find

Set in a beautiful local neighborhood. Spacious and clean. Great water pressure. Quick 10 min walk down to old center and 5 minutes to many restaurants and stores.

A dryer would be great to help dry clothes on short trips.

Excellent apartment for a small group. Worked great for six people. Location is perfect if staying in Bergen and need a little more space for a group. Everything worked as it should and just a great layout. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, if coming to Bergen with a small group of people. Host was extremely responsive if we had a question even at 10 PM at night. Highly recommend!

This was an exceptional property! The most important thing to me was that the property description was accurate. Everything was very clean and the kids appreciated the heated floors. The beds were very comfortable.

Location was not ideal, long walk to most things and not particularly close to public transport. If you are lugging large luggages around, i wouldnt recommend this. You need to set your own bed with the supplied sheets etc. Surely this should be covered in costs

Adequate location

The property was not very clean on arrival, compared to the immaculate condition pictured on the listing. When we arrived the bed was not made and there was even hair on the mattress.

Location is brilliant. Ground floor flat (flat 2) doesn't need lifting luggage by climbing up. They provide good luggage deposite service.

Wifi information and operation instructions for heating system are not clear. We can't find the information black book they said in the communication chat. It will be better if they can explicitly tell us the heating system is a floor heating system. It will be even better if they can warm up the heating system before we arrive. The system takes ages to be warmed up and cooled down.
